Not the best looking pods, but the coffee tastes very nice. Usually the biodegradable pods don’t hold the flavour too well, but this one’s somehow manage to do it.

Great value for money. Regular (n)espresso size pods. Can't really push a single pod for a lungo but definitely great for a single and ristretto shots!

I bought the Mood Espresso Biodegradable Holiday Pack 6 Sleeves or 60 pods) for AED66. Price wise this is a good deal! AED1.1 per pod versus AED3.2 for the Nespresso original.So far I’ve only tried the  Ethiopian Sidamo pods, the flavor is fine. I still have to try the 2 other flavors. Making a cup of coffee with those pods is a struggle. The pods are not perfectly compatible so when you pull down the lever there is strong resistance and the lever is not latching. you have to keep trying slowly until it latches. You need to be careful, if you put too much force on the lever you might break it. Even though the lever latched it seems that it doesn't really puncture the pod properly. The flow of coffee that comes out is very low and then suddenly the machine stops working. So you have to open the lever and then the pod is released into the chute. You have to go get that pod and place it back again in the machine. When the pod gets wet, it fits easier and the lever latches from the second trial. When you press the button for the second time you get a much better coffee flow.In general, choosing a pod-based machine means sacrificing some flavor for the sake of an easier cup of coffee, but in this case it is not easy at all. It defeats the main purpose.

I admire the fact that they are bio-degradable BUT surely they should be fit for purpose.... They just don't work well at all and we have to keep a pin or needle to puncture each capsule to get more than a few drips out of them... and our machine is new and an official Nespresso machine.Don't waste your time buying... too frustrating

The bio degradable concept coupled with awesome taste makes this one of the best coffee i have ordered
