Highest level of recommended doses compared to other products, but soft gels DO give fishy burps.
After trying some regular prenatal vitamins and wanting to diiiie from the stomach pains I got from the iron, I started looking for gummies, since they typically do not have iron.I almost just went with the gummy brand I see in the stores, since they're so accessible, but given the important reason (baby's development) I thought I'd do a little extra work. So I completely nerded out, creating a spreadsheet that combined the minimum recommended levels for prenatal vitamins, and added to it the additional recommended items (omega 3s, choline etc) from trusted sources like mayo clinic.I then looked up the top recommended pre-natal gummies, and created a comparison against my list to see which gave me the most of everything. In all, I compared about seven different products.I was a bit disappointed about having to take a soft gel in addition to the gummies, but ultimately, this combo won out over all of the other non-iron-containing prenatal varieties on the market in terms of maximum recommendations being met.The only thing is, I DO get fishy burps. If I eat a heavier meal, it helps squash it. But pre-baby, I was really trying to get to a healthy weight, so I was eating pretty healthy, lighter foods, and the fish burps had no mercy on my kale salads.I took these for about five months before we started trying. We got pregnant within the first ovulation cycle (not saying this contributed), but I'm now two months into the pregnancy, and the fish burps haven't really gone away. I have one maybe every other day, so it's not too terrible. The sight and smell (and even thought!) of other things make me feel way worse. Also, despite generally not being a fan of mango or peach flavored things, these taste pretty good, and neither flavor is too overpowering (to MY buds at least).

Can't stand the taste, makes me nauseous
Omg I can't even take these they taste so bad to me. And smell bad. The few I did take having to choke them down had like tiny tiny hard pieces in them that I couldn't chew. I ended up spitting it out. Made me feel nauseous everytime I did take them. I had to stop taking them yesterday and order a new kind. I'm sure they are fine for some people and the ingredients are good which is why I got them. The softgel is just okay. It's not so soft tho and I had a hard time swallowing it. It's a pretty hard coating compared to other "soft gel" pills I've taken.I do love that it has choline in it tho. Even though it's a much smaller dose than I'd prefer and is recommended due to the new data that is out on it. I also wish they had included iron or calcium. Either one would of been fine with me so I didn't need a seperate supplement for each. They shouldn't be taken at the same time anyway so I'm fine taking one or the other at the opposite time of the day.I just wish I could return these for a refund or even partial refund since they aren't cheap and I can't continue to take them so they are going in the trash otherwise. I'd give more stars if I could return them and get all or at least some of my money back since they do seem to be a decent prenatal, but not something I can continue to take when they make me feel like puking. And it's not from morning sickness. I feel fine before taking them, but something just doesn't settle right in my stomach after eating them.

Amazing Prenatals
My husband and I decided that we will start ttc this December so I really wanted to start taking taking prenatals. I had been looking for prenatal vitamins that were easy to swallow as I absolutely hate and have a hard time swallowing pills. I had bought the One A Day Prenatals last year and only took about less than 5 pills because they were too big and I would gag.. them I started looking into gummies and noticed most or all of them do not have DHA which is something I really wanted. I came across this one and decided to give them a shot. It said I would get them delivered within 8 days. I received them way earlier than expected! The pill was still a bit hard for me to swallow but after taking it for almost a month, ive become better at taking it! The gummies are actually really delicious! After awhile, i did notice that the pill bottle said it doesn’t give you fishy burps, but I noticed that for me it did give me fishy burps so I switched to taking the pill at night and no more fishy burps! Definitely glad I found this prenatal! Can’t wait for my husband and I to start ttc this December!

Delicious!
YUM! These are delicious! I got tired of trying to swallow the horse pills that I was taking and wanted to switch to a gummy. Taste is very important, especially, with the nausea and other symptoms of pregnancy that have made it hard for me to keep things down in general. I actually look forward to taking these every morning! It’s pretty easy – you take three gummies a day and a small soft gel that’s easy to swallow. The soft gel has the DHA and choline. I will definitely be buying these again. The only thing that would make it easier is if the dha was in the gummy but I have yet to find one that has this much DHA in a gummy and I know the DHA piece is important.

Didn’t make me, or my two friends nauseous during our pregnancies
I did not have any nausea with these. Unlike the ones my doctor prescribed for me. So I took this for the last 7 months of my pregnancy. Baby came out normal and healthy. The pills have a distinct smell but my friends bottle smelled real bad. the gummies are THICK and very chewy and I hated the taste of the gummies. But I’d rather suck on them and let them dissolve then chew them. I didn’t like their consistency.
