These work fast but I have nightmares when using. Also, a little difficult to remove.

I wish more patches came in the container.Packaging is cute and practical.Gets me to sleep in under a half hour and keeps me asleep for 4 hours uninterrupted, which is a GODSEND to my insomnia affliction.I woke up groggy the first 2 days, but after that, perfectly refreshed!!I am going to purchase this again and again. My only complaint is that I wish it came in a 30 day supply instead of a weeks supply.

I’ve purchased other melatonin patches for less $$ with less melatonin and they work better than these. I’m not sure why. But for the increased price it wasn’t worth it

I was looking for melatonin to take while I complete whole 30. My normal choices contain sugar or non-compliant ingredients. After researching, I came across these patches. I have not fallen asleep that fast and hard in years. I became so relaxed and slept soundly throughout the entire night. The patch is very easy to use and is comfortable to wear. I put on my inner wrist. I will definitely be reordering - Ali

Try Sleep 3 instead.

I tried other melatonin patches and they were good, woke up refreshed.I would give this no stars if I could, woke up unbelievably tired.

I tried to debunk Dew Well Melatonin Patch, but I slept well every day of the 5 days I have used it. I do have a cup of sleepy type tea before bed, but I find that within 10 minutes of putting on this patch I feel sleep coming to me. I fall asleep quickly and sleep soundly, just as if I took the pills. Patch has no smell and adheres to many locations (listed on bag). I think the inner wrist is best for me. I would avoid back of neck as it was painful to remove with the hair involved. I would definitely recommend.

I can’t find anything that really gets me a good nights sleep (I guess I am not the only one! But still, this helped. Will be re-ordering.
