Add On OEM Remote Start For 2006-2007 Dodge Ram (gas) Complete Plug And Play Kit

I bought this remote start kit for my 06 ram 1500 5.7 hemi, last fall(fall of 2018) and wanted to see how it performed over the winter before reviewing. The initial hook up was a breeze. I had purchased this kit and a kit for my wife's 2017 Ford focus. I had wanted to hook mine up first, because for one, mine was an older truck, out of warranty so if I messed something up, it wasnt as disastrous as if I messed something up on her, which was and still is under the factory warranty. So I installed mine, in about 20 mins, and that's including taking the bottom dash panels and stuff out and then zip tying all of the wiring up. I even put some hook and loop(velcro) on the module so I could stick it to the metal side kick panel behind everything so it was out of sight. Thankfully, I had no issues with it. My wife's car another story. It was bought from a different company but I had all sorts of nightmarish issues and had to send back 2 different sets before finally getting it to work. I used the remote start almost every day this past winter in northern Michigan and its started everytime, other than days I left something on in my truck and drained the battery. Heck, even with it being summer, I still use it most days to cool the inside of my truck off before I get in it. Overall, it was a great investment and me and my wife both love the add on remote start kits we bought. Ford wanted 400 something dollars to add on one of their proprietary ones.. no thanks
