This book would be great for the medical professional but even those who are not can learn from it and may be in a better position to deal with a serious wound.

yellow cover is an unauthorized copy of original NATO manual missing all illustrations
While the material is in the public domain, the illustrations are apparently not... so this publisher is printing a new copy of the old manual with only the text dumped in, and selling it with the ISBN of the original. It's practically unreadable, the headings are all off, the page references are not updated, and the illustrative material is completely missing -- not one single graphic. Buy a used copy of the original, this one's a waste of time.
