D’Addario Varigrip Hand Exerciser–Improve Dexterity and Strength in Fingers

I dont have many chance to practice guitar because of long work hours but, both of this items really helped to improve my finger strength and dexterity. Definitely recommended.

The device really helps strengthen your guitar grip, visible after a couple of weeks of daily training.Good quality material, resistant to continuous use.

Pros: Compared this to the other types. I prefer this product due to the stability of each finger press. They sit in their own slot with their own adjustable spring. I feel more isolation of the finger being worked out, whereas the other types move around quite a bit with the shared spring. The adjustability makes this product more versatile. I think I could have spent 2-3x as much to cover the range this handles. Overall great comfort, well formed grip, fantastic value, and top tier performance for the product category.Cons: If you need a very light hand/finger exerciser you may want an extra light in the other design. If you hand very strong fingers/grip, you will probably be purchasing an extra strong version of the other type of product as this only adjusts to a certain amount of tension.Overall great product that covers what 3 or 4 individual hand exercisers would of the other brand's product, and great stability for focus in the exercise.

Los dos son muy buenos y sirven bastante bien. Sólo me gustaría que el Varigrip tuviera un poco más de resistencia.

Sehr guter Finger Trainer besonders die Einstellmöglichkeit für jeden Finger. So kann man flexibel die stärke für jeden Finger gewünscht einstellen. Auch der Fiddilink ist für unterwegs eine coole Sache braucht nur etwas Übung.Auf jeden fall weiterzuempfehlen!!

El triangulo se va volviendo mas suelto hasta que se vuelve mas fácil pero me temo que acabará estando tan suelto que no sirva para ejercitar. Pero es de buena calidad y el diseño es muy funcional. Parece mas un fidget toy pero garantiza un aumento de musculatura fina bastante grande. Es muy adictivo. Estoy muy contento la verdad. El otro, tipo piston es también muy bueno y ajustable, ya estoy notando los efectos de la practica en el saxo. Recomendable 100%
