125th Street NYC

I was expecting it to be a little more biased towards jazz than it actually is, but it is impressively early music of its type, beating a lot of artists to this sound.

It's wrong CD; I wanted the 125th Street NYC LOVE BIRD. The one I received came with cracked case and is in a foreign language. It looks like its in Japanese. I wish to return it and the correct CD.

This is Another Good Collection of Music By The Genius of Donald Byrd.The Arrangements are very Strong.His Work is Timeless.Very Well Produced.A Good Fusion.

I also am looking for the correct album. The 1981 release whith the sketch of the child on the cover.I have the LP and grew up listening to the album as a child and have always been in love with it. I especially fell in love with Lov Has Come Around, Butterfly, and Feel Like Loving You Today! If anyone has any info on where to get this on CD PLEASE SHARE.

I'm confused. This CD seems to contain different music than the original album or tape with the title 125th ST NYC that was released in 1981. The one I remember had an apartment building on the cover and included: Love has come around, Butterfly, etc.Does anyone know what the story is?
