Excellent quality. I rely on this stuff every day for my active lifestyle (and even when I just want my water to taste better). Good taste (not too sweet like others), and does the job. Highly recommended, just wish they'd always be available.

My Wife and Kids like the berry flavored ones but I have always prefered this one. Play Pickleball in the dead of summer and the berry flavors would be gross when you need a clean tasting electrolyte. Does not leave a weird aftertaste or a nasty film in your mouth and is crisp and refreshing.

For active people who spend time outdoors, replacing lost electrolytes is essential. You can drink the pre-mixed high-carb, high-calorie drinks from the convenience store, or you can drink this product which is superior in restoring your energy, and basically calorie-free. I would rather have my calories in dark chocolate or lasagne than in my electrolyte drink. This is also great to get you back to feeling right, after you have lost fluids due to a virus. This gets you from feeling "shaky and wimpy" to feeling GOOD again quickly. This product comes in tiny packets that can easily fit in your pocket, and mix with water. Cheaper than the Pre-mixed drinks also.

It seems to be a very good product. We take it everyday at least once, to maintain our potassium level while eating Keto. I wish this product came in a larger quantity for a more reasonable price.

I use this product all the time and love it! It is great for when your body is dehydrated or to prevent it from getting the hydrated being out in the sun or strenuous sports activities. Is also great for preventing hangovers.

Have used this for a few yrs. very good in hot climate to turn water into an energy drink.Lemon line flavor is good, doesn’t overwhelm.My only issue is the Aug’21 expiration when recvd in May. Shortest time frame I’ve seen in the product.
