I was reluctant at first to spend the money. If your experienced on the double end bag then this is perfect for any room. I dont even fill mine with sand or water as it sucks to the floor with the suction cups. Will need sand or water in other situations. I don't think this is for novice as it takes a lot of timing and accuracy. Watch the pros on YouTube and it will give you the idea. For experienced boxers its really convenient for a novice it will take some real training so you will have to be patient.

Had this for a few months now both of the punch bags it comes with have snapped and there are no replacements which isnt great.

Had other big lunch bags before which take up a lot of room. This takes up far less and is more of an interactive workout where you have to time your punches. Would definitely recommend

we bought this punching bag a month ago and it only lasted for month the punching bag ripped and then I decided to use the spare punching bag that came with it however we tried are best with pumping up the second bag but it wouldn't fully pump up and it was deflated, I am very disappointed I spent 170£ for a punching bag that only lasted a month.

This is a genuine solid product. It is not the same as the other similar looking products of the same design. It is high quality thick steel with a great spring that is screwed in to steel adapters. The other generic ones have 3 screws holding the spring to each end of the bar. I have tried others that look the same style as this but do not come near this quality wise. It performs magnificent.

Packaging needs to place in same box. Misplace a part and didn’t that become an issue. Found and set up how the lower point gives off more attention after the punch. Two balls given not so durable. Pump point came loose after roughly ten strikes. Second ball provided doing alright however can see an improvement requirement in need. The base sucks tightly to certain solid surfaces indoors. It’s easy to assemble as well.

There are more expensive options out there, and likely 'better' ones, but for the price here I can't say enough good things. Easy to assemble, sturdy, looks sharp, the price significantly beats the leading brands, and it functions as advertised. The spring is very good, I was worried it would be too floppy. Bag inflates easily with the included hand pump, and comes with 2 spare screw-on bag attachments in case you wear out the first one. the base with just suction cups installed stays put, but starts wobbling when you really start rocking it with punches. The added water or sand to the base makes a huge difference This is the perfect middle of the road option for someone trying to get some home boxing workouts in, without spending a ton of cash. There's better models for sure, but for the price you pay here vs what you Get, I'll give it 5 stars. Edit: I noticed that once I attatched the base of the pole to the top of the main base, I didn't re-tighten the main set of bolts. I did this, and it eliminated the rocking sound (if audible in my posted video) and became even sturdier.

The Set up is very user friendly. You can either fill up the tank with water or sand, and it provides extra stability because of the suction cups. I like the design. Working out daily with this equipment has helped me tremendously with my hand eye coordination and my hand speed. You can work on power, or speed, its very durable. It's easy to clean after an intense workout, and very easy to store. This is a great workout tool, if you are a beginner or a seasoned pro. By owning this equipment, I feel like I have a piece of a boxing gym at home.

I have been a competitive fighter for about 15 years, and this is one of my favorite reflex bags because it has the pad at the bottom that you can use for low kicking after your slip and punch combos. I think it’s very well made very easy to put together and the suction cups at the bottom are a great touch so depending on the floor you have you have the possibility of suction to help keep it down instead of it moving all over the place. It’s also very adjustable height wise for your teens and small adults. Highly recommend!
