I was excited to try this product. I followed the instructions exactly but on using this product for the first time I was left with burns under my chin.(Apparently this product is suitable for over 8 year olds) I contacted Amazon who refunded me immediately and were very sympathetic. Although Brand street market who sold the product were initially interested in my situation, asking me to complete an incident form and send pictures of the burns, I was then fobbed off for over a month. I emailed them repeatedly for a response and was eventually told we're sorry about what happened but we're not going to do anything about it.Over 2 months after using this product I'm left with a scar.

First impressions, beautifully presented. Didn't want to open it because it was so well presented.I had high hopes on the NONO. I wasn't disappointed. I had watched a few videos online to help guide me. Takes a few tries to get it right but once you master the movements it fantastic. Yes you can smell the hair that is being treated, which I was a little worried incase I burnt myself as I'm fair skinned. Not a problem at all.It's a fantastic product and the results are brilliant.

I bought this as a birthday present for My wife and she absolutely loves it! Removes hair effortlessly. Fantastic gift!

This No!No! Pro Soft Touch is a Yes! Yes! For me. I was a bit sceptical when I was reading trough the instruction manual as this one works and removes the hair in a very different mode then a regular epilator.Arrives in a stylish tube with two thermicon tip (large and a small), a body polishing buffer pad, charger, cleaning brush and a user manual. Very easy to set up and use out of the box. Instructions were clear and straightforward to follow. Just turn it on, push it slightly toward to your skin until the lights come up and beeps, then You do need to make several passes over the skin to see any noticeable difference. It is super painless as this one doesn’t pull out the hair like a regular epilator would do, this one basically burns your hair. The only downside of this is that do smell a bit while you use, it smells like burned hair. The process of removing the hair with this takes longer then with an epilator however I feel like the result last longer and the new grown hair feels weaker.Just to be Clear, this is not an IPL hair removal, it does not remove the hair forever. It can be used anywhere including above your lips, on your chin, cheeks, sideburns, on your legs and arm.The device itself is very stylish, easy to hold and it’s not heavy at all, doesn’t make my hands tired if I have to use it for longer time. This model features with a Battery level indicator and a Treatment level indicator. The battery is built in and non-removable. I didn’t find any information about the size of the battery, but a full charge lasts me for a 20–30-minute session all depends how constantly I use it. Charging time is about 3 hoursI think this is a great invention, don’t be afraid of this method, it takes time to get used to the burning smell but it’s truly painless and if you know how to use it the result is fantastic.

Arrive packaged well onced open around the device charging cable. I like the fact that this is a wireless device because my last removal system was wired and was not as easy to use. this is definitely an upgrade for me I found it easy to use and it does not hurt at all. You do get a slight smell of burning hair so I was a little alarmed at first Thinking was my skin being burnt, however it has not and I’m going to keep using this device I have found after a months use that my facial hair has reduced in growth.

My wife's tried NoNO a few years ago and wasn't impressed back then.We'd hoped the latest versions would be super effective. What my wife tells me is that it's not really all that effective for her. Painless to use and easy, sure, but she doesn't have the smooth leg, chin and upper lip that she was hoping for.Whether that will come over an extended period of time is a different question, but my wife's not convinced by it and in fact has stopped using it.

It comes in a cool box, it's easy and comfortable to use, I've been using it for two weeks, love this laser hair removal, I was a little worried that it would be painful to use, it turned out to be painless
