Works great for shower hose connections
Very heavy duty plated brass with an O-ring seal that allows quite a bit of adjustment for wall thickness. Works so well, that this is the second shower of my own that uses this type of water supply.

Very heavy solid piece. May have extra cost
The supply line that goes into the wall is pretty long. I had to call a local plumber to order a shorter piece for my wall depth. It was an extra $20. Fyi I was right at 1 5/16 so I ordered both extensions. The shorter pipe gave it a tighter fit to the wall

Great product but too pricy for what it is.
Unfortunately lately if you are doing a hand shower, this may be your only option for plumbing it in. More unfortunately the manufacturers know this which is reflected in the price of these.The good is that it seems to be a product of high quality. It looks fantastic. IT was easily installed.

Perfect for new construction or remodel
Valve is very well constructed and has supply tube options to fit any length required for flush mounting against finished wall.
