Doesn’t connect
Followed the you tube pairing demo video. This just doesn’t work with Horman.Sent straight back for refund within 5 mins

The Transmitter does not connect to the garage door
I have bought 4 of these units.2 have worked fine and two have not.I got a Hormann engineer to try and pair the 4th one but he could not.I would like to return this for a refund
