I was hoping that this would work on a closet door of mine that got slammed shut, and locked. The key didn't unlock it, but I managed to jimmy it open with a nail file. I'll keep the key in the lock, anyway. It might keep the mechanism from locking again, should it ever get slammed again, and it looks like it belongs.

Snapped on first try
My house has old-fashioned skeleton locks, and I put this key in, hoping it would work. It snapped in half on the very first try, and I wasn't turning hard at all. I would avoid this like the plague.

Class and solid
I am converting an old room into an airbnb and I had to make sure the lock was oiled and functioning but these keys worked immediately and feel quite sturdy and I enjoy the antique brass look with the antique lock I have.
