Didn't take long to install - the carrying case does have to go under the hand padding though. Able to hold essentials (for me: small hand sanitizer, chapstick, pen, money / cards, fob, earbuds, phone, small water bottle) at the same time. I emphasize small water bottle because my phone, with the protective case, had to go in the water bottle slot. Could hold larger, 24oz, hot tea container if pouch was empty. Did not feel like I was off balance when using this. Did help with padding for hands. Been on crutches 10 days now (9 with this attached). 4 stars because I wish it were just a little longer / deeper OR there was a small pouch on the inside part of the crutches to utilize OR had one storage thing for each side of the crutch without buying two sets- it just needs a little extra space and it's perfect (for me / my use).

You’ve always wanted more than the two arms you have, and when you’re crutching around you really need one. This bag has come in handy so much! I could put my keys, water, ID, money, debit card, and insurance card in this bag with room to spare. It was a life saver for me while on crutches… especially when I was having to go places without anyone to be of assistance. 10/10 would recommend!

I really wanted to like this; unfortunately, I can't zip the pouch wherey phone and wallet would go. Too easy for someone to snag both. I have a Samsung S21 Ultra.Also, the hand cushions are a pain in the butt. They don't fit with the pouch straps very well, so your hand isn't able to grasp the handle fully. It's too tight to get your hand around ot, especially if you have a water bottle in the pouch. Kind of a poor design on that part.

It’s easy to adjust to fit hospital issued crutches and custom ones. Been on crutches for about 6months so far. So I bought some sleek black crutches that function better for my needs. Only down fall is if you need to leave the four side attachment straps looser the Velcro can chew up your pants a little ( reason for 4 stars). But over all the product does what it’s intended to do.
