Extremely comfortable, sleeves are just a bit tight
This onsie is extremely comfortable with how soft and stretchy it is. I love how it feels against my skin as a person with sensory issues and there's plenty of room for a diaper to fit comfortably too. The only issue I have with it is that the cuffs around the sleeves dont stretch like the rest of the garment does so its a little bit uncomfortable to side sleep, but otherwise its perfect

confy...
Fits completely as expected: I am on the small side (4'9, just under 100 pounds) and found the extra small to have some room in the bottom area, probably to accommodate the padding of a diaper. Despite the tags reading hand-wash only, I threw it in the washer with my other clothes. It did shrink slightly, which was my intended goal, and now fits more snugly than before. The fabric is thicker than I expected and of a nice quality; stretchy but not overly so, and quite warm. Perfect for layering under clothes in this winter cold. The snaps are strong; undoing them is a two-handed operation, one for each side, but feel very secure in use. I do quite enjoy the snaps at the shoulder; they are very cute and you don't feel them against your skin while wearing. The only issue I have taken with this onesie so far is how wide the neckline is. It sits more toward the center point of my shoulders than around my neck, making it so you can see the straps of my binder. Considering I am quite small, this doesn't surprise me much as I have a hard time finding ready-made clothes that fit me completely. I just thought it was worth noting if you are around my size and don't like wide necklines. Personally, I am just going to alter the garment so it fits me better in this area, but everywhere else is perfect. Will be buying from this store again!

Love these onesies
I’m mildly incontinent and have nighttime accidents. I started wearing diapers because I was tired of cleaning up wet sheets ect. I noticed that wearing diapers they just didn’t stay up well. Someone in a support group recommended that I try to get a onesie. I was surprised at how comfortable these where I was a little nervous because I’m also autistic I don’t like to buy things online but I noticed that another person wrote a review and also stated that they where on the spectrum which made me more confident to buy another one of these onesies. I had previously purchased a dinosaur one. Once again happy with my purchase and they hold the diapers in place and I like having the black one because I started wearing diapers more often during the day because my daytime incidents are increasing having this black one will blend in under my uniform and I noticed with this one my diaper doesn’t make sounds which is excellent

Cute!
I bought this as a comfy romper-ish thing to wear around the house when it's hit out. My husband hates having to remove the whole romper when he's feelin' it, so I was searching for something crotchless and came across this. I go into all this detail because I'm not sure what adult baby enthusiasts would be looking for (size/fit/style). I.e. I have no other outfits like this to compare it to. The fabric is soft and breathable with a lot of stretch. Personally I was hoping for a tighter, less stretchy material. It runs very big. I got a large because I'm tall (5'9") and have to worry about extreme camel toe. It fits great lengthwise and gives zero toe, the sleeves don't dig in which is awesome, the bum could cover the entire region with room for more, but I like it bunched up in the middle and it stays put well (no wedgy). My only issue is the waist is loose. The cut is straight so it's nice on top, loose on the waist, and nice on bottom. Overall it's worth the price and it's great for lounging/cleaning house :)

Medical Diapering Companies Need To Take Lessons From AB/DL companies and communities
Just like my headline states the medical diapering companies need to take lessons and really good notes from the AB/DL comapnies and communities.I was about to plunk down $40 per unit of the 4Care bodysuit. I am so glad someone talked me out of it. Being autistic with sensory issues and dealing with mild incontinence I needed a suit that can do 3 things. 1. Hold a diaper in place, 2. Conceal said diaper, 3. Be comfortable for me. Most medical diaper companies seem to get the first two right but not the third. After getting ready to buy the 4care suit and ultimately bailing I turned to the community for answes and my own research. The person i talked to told me that the 4care was not the answer. A medical pro told me about preventawear suits. Turned back and found out that was not the answer. After looking closely at both products I discovered something truly shocking. Both products focus on trapping people in a diaper. They dont focus on comfort and they were invented with a negative light. There is a reason someone would be so resistant to want to wear a diaper. Because it doesnt fit right or just is not comfortable and they need to try a different product. LittleForBig and AB/DL ccompanies focus on comfort. Why do I write all of that. To say this. God rained down a blessing in the form of this LittleForBig adult onesie bodysuit. When I first looked into this product I noticed one thing. They Dont focus on trapping the wearer in a diaper. They dont focus on resostive behaviors. They focus on one thing. COMFORT. The medical companies use cheap cotton like a T-Shirt that does not stretch. And they charge an arm and a leg for their product. LittleForBig uses premium organic cotton and spandex to make a onesie bodysuit that stretches to fit your body and hold the diaper in place and conceal it. The suits are super comfortable. They function as expected and they only cost $20. You cannot ask for more. If you want to have something cute then go for the printed ones. They are adorable. Who says you just have to wear a plain white medical diaper. Who says you have to wear a uncomfortable bodysuit. Have fun with it. Shake it up. You will discover a better experience. All in all I really reccomend this onesie.A couple of notes. They do follow T-Shirt sizes but if your intention is to wear a diaper with it, I would highly recommend sizing up. If you have a big tunmy like me, once again I would highly recommend sizing up.Finally a little about myself.I am an independent autistic person who deals with mild incontinence. Why should that stop me. I am fully capable of diapering myself. I do not need anything to trap me. I need a product that fits the bill listed above. The LittleForBig Onesie bodysuit has completely changed the way I diaper. Thank you so much LittleForBig! Keep up the amazing work.

Great quality
Obsessed. I looked at reviews as well as the size chart and ordered a Large - I'm 5'6-5'7 and 160lbs, it fits very comfortably. Great quality, very stretchy and thick material and a perfect fit along the leg opening. It's so flattering! I'm not your typical littleforbig customer, and I purchased this for comfort at home as well as for wearing with jeans and skirts without a diaper.. So because of that it fits just a little big in the booty for me but I suspect washing it will help with that. I love body suits like this so I'll be a repeat customer for sure! Thank you :) EDIT: I'd size down! After wearing it a little bit, I should have gone with the Medium. I will next time! It's still super comfy but I'd like it a bit more snug for my purposes. My husband loves it, he thinks it's cute af and I'll love wearing this to bed :)

Fits pretty well for those with a large bottom half
I love onesies, and body suits, however I am not a "baby little". I really just think these are adorable and cute and just wanted to walk around the house with them on.Being a bigger girl(XL pants), it is ridiculously hard to find body suits/onsies that fit your butt/legs area(I also have lipedema). I have a big chest(36GG), super thin waist(34"), and a bigger butt/legs(50") and bought the 4XL thinking that they may possibly be like a lot of other companies and fit smaller. I was wrong! It is actually a bit big and I probably could have fit into a 2XL. I don't plan to send back for an exchange as it is actually just super comfy and loose. The body suit actually covers my full butt, and it is super super comfy(made with cotton!). I have not had the chance to wash it yet, so it may or may not shrink(but that depends on everyone's dryer, etc, I usually wash my cottons on low heat to make sure nothing shrinks). The buttons you can barely feel when sitting or walking, etc(however still recommend to wear underwear of some sort, thongs work too), and the holes for my legs are not chaffing either.I highly recommend to my bigger girls out there and I plan to buy more in the future! :D
