MoonClock - Crypto Price Ticker (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Cardano, Polkadot and many more.)

This was a great gift, it's very easy to use and extremely well-built, only an idiot would mess up the code and make it not show anything... :PWould recommend.

The essential item for all discerning crypto trader's desktop. Easy to set up and made from super high quality materials. Great value for money in my opinion, especially given the time I'll get back not having to look up prices on my phone or rely on alerts.

Dissatisfied, disappointed, clock came today. I had to paste files from Moonclock website to start the clock. Works only plugged in to power, cannot get other crypto and time on display. Not worth it. So disappointed.

This is a simple, clean, classic looking display. There are no buttons, you just plug the cable into the back of it and into a USB socket to power it.To set it up, you need to plug it into a computer and edit a text file on the device by inputting your WiFi code.After this, it will show the current BTC price in USD, refreshing every couple of minutes.If you look on GitHub, there are a few community resources, and you can change the coin displayed coin or currency etc by altering the ‘conf’ text file.With a bit of playing, you can get it to cycle through different crypto prices or currencies (by copying and pasting the bracketed sections of the conf file and switching the crypto each time), change the font or even get it to display other things if you wanted.This gives you a lot of flexibility, but is not the most user friendly set up, especially of you’re not comfortable with code, although getting it to just display the BTC price is very easy.Overall, it’s by far the best looking gadget i have found like this. Not the cheapest, but good value considering the quality of materials.I’d definitely recommend, and good luck to the creator.

Surprisingly good product .. perfect simple design, perfect gift for kryptonites ... and top support from the manufacturer .. prompt responses to questions and quick help with activation ... hat down the cottages .. keeping my fingers crossed ... great idea ..I would like to draw your attention to the settings by copying / pasting files directly to the device disk - via a connection to a PC / Mac .. which is a disadvantage but also an advantage of the product ... you can therefore set different combinations at any time - which you want to display .. (EUR: BTC, USD: BTC, USD: ETH, CZK: ADA ... etc) at first glance it is a bit more complicated for complete laymen, but the support via Chat directly on the manufacturer's website is exemplary ...The device downloads data directly from the CoinGecko website. .. after the initial setup - it is necessary to connect to a PC / Mac - when you save directly to an external disk (moonclock) data about wifi and a specific combination FIAT / CRYPTO, then it is enough to have the product only connected to any source - via the included USB / USB- c cable - you can use a separate source - e.g. from a mobile phone..or directly from a PC / Mac ... it is also possible to change the frequency of data updates ... with support, the support on the "moonclock.com" website will be happy to help you with everything - I am personally tried - I am a layman in this regard ...
