Not a case of 12. Plastic seems weak and breakable.
Only received one item, and it was supposed to be a Case of 12. Plus, plastic seemed breakable

The best! Totally worth it.
Best duster on the market! My friends and I split the order. We use these in the hospital.... and when housekeeping first brought one to my office to dust... I was hooked!

We have purchased in the past as 12/case now just received 3 total, not 3 cases for $71.00. Please change the description since it is not accurate.

Great product. Packaging not as advertised.
Advertised as a 12 count box. Only received one. Contacted Amazon. Was told they would re-send a box of 12 but again, only received one in the box. Contacted Amazon again and was told they would have to reach out to the packaging department and issued a credit.The product itself, I love. I would recommend. Just wish I received the box of 12.

This is a good product, BUT our last couple orders have had an inordinate amount (20% or so) of faulty twist locks. From now on, I will test all of these before putting them into use and demand replacements. Other products are being considered.
