There is no label on this vinyl fitted sheet.

Q: Does it make you too hot?

I bought this for a relative in a nursing home to protect the mattress. She has not complained of being too warm. I suggest you add a soft mattress (washable) on top of this and under the sheet

Q: Does this have a plastic feel/sound to it?

It definitely has a plastic feel.. A little bit of sound but not bad at all once sheet is on. It has worked great to protect my 3 year old sons mattress when he has an accident. It is also really easy to wipe down. Worth it for the price.
