I never got a confirmed diagnosis because well the healthcare here sucks and I don’t have the money to just try to diagnose a few symptoms that might end up being nothing or something else. I knew there was something wrong though, about a year ago I started gaining weight and body fat no matter what I did. I was so tired all of the time even if i got decent sleep. My hair was so thin and fragile. My periods got so excruciatingly painful. For a while the weight gain didn’t bother me because I lift pretty heavy weights and it did help with getting those numbers up but then I stated getting very puffy even with a controlled diet. It got to the point where my ED was being triggered so I knew that it wasn’t a diet thing. I started researching symptoms and read countless testimonies from others that have hypothyroidism, I’m now like 90% sure I have it. These pills have helped immensely, like literally a night a day difference. While my biggest reason for wanting to try these was the body fat/weight gain, it definitely wasn’t the only thing that i have noticed to have improved. I can sleep AND FEEL RESTED and have energy, finally. Seriously for this reason alone i will continue to take these. My brain doesn’t feel as foggy, and might i say I actually feel happy. The first day I immediately noticed how I didn’t feel bloated after a day of full nutritious meals(this is saying a lot because i really did get to the point where I would only eat something small once a day). Since then it’s only been like a week but I’ve eaten more these past few days than I did probably all of the last month but I don’t feel bloated/puffy all the time anymore and I’m even losing weight. The only thing I don’t know if it’s helped is my hair thinning because i shaved it off but I guess we’ll see in a few months.

So far, seems good. I'm not experiencing symptoms as if my thyroid was low, and I don't notice a smell with these pills as I have with others. Rating as a 4 star until I take these for a few months and ensure my TSH/T4/T3 tests all come back good. Price is fantastic! I'd be happy to continue on with these if these keep my levels in a good range.

Since 2013, my body has been going through a number of issues that have almost been inexplicable until now. It is simply from these vitamins & minerals that have been missing from my body and that my body has been craving on a daily basis. I take two a day, one in the morning and one with my lunch in the afternoon.I'm so grateful to have found these, and I thank God for giving me wisdom to see what my body needed. And I want to add that if you are experiencing any of the above, research your thyroid and hormonal imbalance. I ran across a quiz put out by a doctor who experienced the same symptoms, and in the results I was told what vitamins my body was lacking. It did not mention this supplement. I like that the pill is easy to swallow. Unlike some of my regular pills, there is no taste with these. The bonus is the extra energy and I don't feel so rung-out after my day at work.

I think the pill side is large but easy to swallow. you get 60 capsules but the serving is 2 daily so you only get 30 day simple. The top is not flip but screw so if you have grip issues this top might frustrate you . The casing will be in your poop so don't be alarmed. No ill stomach effects but my goiter is noticeable smaller and I feel much less fatigue. Worth it in my opinion.

It works! I used this instead of the prescription my Dr. wanted me to use and it brought my numbers to normal. She was surprised when I told her I did it without the prescription.
