I found that this product was first of good value for your money as there were two in the package. As well they are stainless steel and very sturdy compared to others that we have used and fell apart. The lid screws on and the large size is great for spices when making broths or soups or a larger amount of tea. I would recommend this product.

I purchased this pair of tea strainer baskets for the specific purpose of making gallon batches of iced tea. My previous gallon strainer had much larger holes as it was a wire mesh. While it was generally effective, the larger mesh often resulted in quite a bit of tea debris at the bottom of the pitcher. This was especially true with rooibos teas, with their different texture. This strainer has very fine holes and keeps all the tea inside the strainer while still allowing water to flow through it and do its job. My first few batches have all been perfect, flavorful and without sediment at the bottom. Very happy with my choice and the vendor, who provided a great product and fast delivery at a reasonable price.

I just received mine and was thrilled to finally make green tea in large 20 cup batches (big drink dispenser). I used to buy tea bags, and BOY that was such a waste of plastic (individually wrapped) and time (opening each one). I could easily fit 22-25 teaspoons of my dried green tea in the steeper. It's made of high quality steel and super easy to clean! I just ran it under hot water and hung dry. I cold brewed my green tea, so I just had the steeper sit in the cold water (fridge) for about 24 hours and it was ready the next day. Also, the mesh is microscopic so there was very little of the tea that came out in the water.It's fine because it settles to the bottom anyway. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Cheers to healthy drinking!!!

It was exactly what I was looking for. Very well made and basically two for the price of one. I needed to make several large batches of mulled apple cider, and I appreciate the large mouth opening to get the scoops of mulling spices into. Well made and mated lid screws on perfectly. Not a single complaint. Very good product. Plan to use the second one for herbs to infuse stocks for soups.

Hello! I am very pleased with these tea infusers. I bought them because I am not happy with the traditional round screen infuser I have. I will use these for making pho. The smaller holes will keep much of the debris out of my broth without sacrificing flavor. It is large enough to hold all of the ingredients except the cinnamon sticks, which is fine. I also like that it will sit flat and stable on the bottom of my pot and sink to drain. The screw top is also a value to me as it is easier to control the mess when I open it and clean it. And best yet, it is pretty! I plan to buy a few more of these sets for Christmas gifts.
