Super soft silicone design, keeps my face comfortable with the mask just a little away so that I can always breathe. Easy to keep clean, works in fabric and paper masks. One of my favorite things! I give them to my close friends. Can get a little sweaty, but less than just mask-wearing, so that's a bonus.

I actually didn't get these for any of their stated benefits. I've had troubles with masks never really fitting as ideally as they should and the fit was always loose enough that even with N95/KN95 masks too much air would just slip through the edges, bypassing the filtration and at least somewhat defeating the purpose. This helps slightly change the shape and fit of the mask to better contour to my face so that it actually get a better seal. I still have to make the mask quite extremely tight for it to be effective, but I can feel the air actually mostly going through the filter now. With COVID-19 levels rising right now, this was an important time for me to do whatever it takes to get better results from my masks.

Didn't work well for me. The support frames were too small for my face and tended to roll up in the filter pocket of my cloth masks. Live and learn.

I am an RN and bought these mask inserts. I let other Nurses try it to. We all agreed they do help you breath better and comfortable to wear. We all hate wearing mask and the insert is not 100% helpful but It just helps somewhat

I have previously ordered another silicone mask and were great (I gave most of them away and kept one that got lost at work) and needed to get more. I tried this one because I couldn’t find my last order. These came in and I was excited to know they were soft like my old one but felt smaller. I put it in my surgical mask and it was too small. The depth was not enough and too close to my lips. It seems like it’s meant to fit an adolescent face.
