The media could not be loaded. I ordered the Divevolk Seatouch 4 and used my brand new Samsung Galaxy S22+. Because Amazon doesn't carry the adapter for my phone model I emailed Divevolk and they quickly sent me the adapter free of charge. I recieved it from China in a week. Very good customer service. The size is great, not too bulky or heavy, and very sturdy. It has a hand strap that securely attaches it to your arm. I took it snorkeling in Cozumel and Roatan and loved the way it handled, the photos turned out very good! Better than photos taken with past underwater cameras and right there on my phone to post or edit! Make sure you have all settings right on your phone and change the display to dark screen mode. The membrane is pretty easy to use, zooming in and out, and switching from photo to video. I ordered the perfect case for it on Amazon. The only thing that I noticed was that when the sun is directly above you (noontime) and you are snorkeling near the surface there is some glare on the screen but I may need to try some different settings. This would not be an issue for diving. It was so nice having the size of your phone camera screen to see what you are photographing. I had ordered a more expensive Sealife housing and it was very big and heavy, I did not think swimming with it would be optimal so I returned that and got the Divevolk. I was very satisfied with the product!

This review is long overdue, but the product is worth praising - extremely happy with it. We used one for iPhone and one for Samsung Galaxy and for both it worked flawlessly. Very convenient to hold and to operate. Expected it to be bulky, but the size was never a problem. We tried it at the 86 ft depth and there was no deviation in functionality. Quality of pictures and video was great; pictures were much better than those taken with GoPro.Customer service is top notch. They're always answering questions and quickly shipped a Samsung adapter separately because it wasn't available through Amazon.We did have one small bubble appear in the membrane, but it dissipated quickly and didn't affect performance at all. The next step is to try it with an expansion clamp with the filters.

The housing unit for your phone is reliable, convenient and easy to use, and provides an absolute sense in security of keeping your cell phone safe. As a Dive Professional, and diving everyday, this was the smartest choice for me. There is nothing like ending a dive and being able to airdrop your students all of their photos in under a minute. Additionally the setup of the housing unit is nice and quick and simple, where as an instructor I know I wouldn’t have time on the boat to use the other various phone housing brands. The touch screen underwater is phenomenal, nothing like being able to type “they are nudi branch eggs” when divers have no idea what you are pointing at and you can’t come up with a signal. Another part I really like about using the DiveVolk is the accessibility to continue to add attachments for the more serious underwater photographers. The night videography quality with the cell phone too really really makes a difference. I’m really glad I chose this product a bit over a year ago, after diving nearly daily, it was definitely the best investment in comparison to a new GoPro or an actual camera underwater. I’m still happy with this decision.

I was pleased with the design of this case. It is easy to use, and the touch response that I get with my phone screen is surprisingly good. The hardware is simple to close and was effective at keeping the case air tight on my dive. Previously, I had been using a GoPro Hero 9 while scuba diving, and the DIVEVOLK housing makes things much more simple. Not only does my phone camera take better pictures than the GoPro, but I can now actually see pictures and videos that I take in real time. The GoPro screen was just too tiny to be able to really see the pictures or videos while diving. Also, I did not have as much problem with fogging as I do with my GoPro housing. The pictures and video are right on my phone, and I don't have to bother with data transfer. The housing is sturdy and seems to protect my phone well.The case is not buoyant, so beware, it sinks right to the bottom. I bought a wrist band with a float separately so that I don't accidentally loose this case and my phone to the depths. Also, you have to be careful and operate the lid with the 2 top screws pretty evenly, both closing or opening the case, or the hardware can get easily stuck.
