What happened
Got tangled and stuck in my hair though I followed tutorial steps. Gave me a lot of grief and anxiety. What a waste of money and time, I hate the YouTuber who had sold this option to me. I nearly resorted to ripping my hair out and still can't understand why it was so painful.I have medium length and thickness, South Asian hair.
