Super happy
Just tried this product, and wow, the sound quality is super premium! 🎧✨ Waiting for another sale to buy the second one for my TV.. This can be alternative to any sound bars or home theater system.

Nice but AC cord doesn’t match
The sound is amazing, exactly why we got this one for our living room. This may seem like a weird complaint but the AC adaptor cord and plug are white. The unit is charcoal. It’s quite stark. If it was at least black it would blend in nicely. Make the cord match the device - charcoal and blue should get black, glacier should get white. This is why I have it only 4 stars.Otherwise happy I got this one, worth the money as a great speaker with brilliant sound.

My Mom Loves It
Alexa is so so entertaining. Gifted to my Mom and she loves talking to her. Asking silly questions and then Alexa never stops to surprise you with some funny / unexpected answers. Overall a good pick. Worth it!

One of the best purchase
Although the setup was slightly complicated but once it's done it works perfectly fine.. I just wished it jad batter backup... Sound quality is amazing.. good bass effect.. Great design and built quality. I opted for 4th generation as it has 3 speakers better then 5th generation.. also almost twice the price for 5th generation.

Echo started having problems with in 3 weeks.
Echo started having problems with 3 weeks1. While hearing Song it stop completely. This got fixed after raising complaint.after resetting the device it start working2. When the Wifi is changed , Echo was not getting connected even after restart and reset.New complaint in raised for support...3. Voice call support , by default it reply in Arabic .. not helpfull to communicate.
