This magnesium works well for me. I haven't noticed any stomach issues from it either. It helps to relax my muscles and cramping in my legs. It also helps me to sleep deeper at night. It has a little bit if a smell to it but nothing crazy. The amount of pills you get for the price is great!

Easy on stomach, good sleep aid and heart health. Don’t like having to take 4 pills.

If you want to dream, this is the product for you! Works well for me even during two day fasts! Why Magnesium Glycinate? It's well-absorbed and gentle on the stomach, unlike magnesium citrate, which can have a laxative effect. The glycine component itself has calming properties that support relaxation and sleep.

I have tried to replaced this with another and this has no comparison, it is so good, it regulated my sleep, it relaxed me, it help me to go to the bathroom, is the best magnesium !

Using this to help with leg cramps during a night's sleep. Definitely need to take after dinner and about 1 hour before going to bed. Downside is that it may cause an upset stomach.

I bought this product in hopes that i could more quality sleep and i could relax, they say it's a high absorption product, however it doesn't work, I feel that i didn't take anything. this is a useless product.
