I love this. The lid helps keep my beverages hot!

So I bought this to bring to work. I work at the front desk and sometimes before I can get a second to sip my coffee it's cold but with my new cup n warmer I was surprised by how nice n hot it stayed. I love my new cup n warmer. My coworkers are very envious.

The color on this item is everything. It is so pretty. I just wished it didn’t have to be plugged on all the time. The technology of the item is a bit low but the item is beautiful.

Got this for work so I wouldn’t have to keep microwaving my coffee stays hot till the last drop. Love it

I Love my coffee cup !!!!!My coffee staying warm all day. I don’t have to keep on standing up and heating it up in the microwave which is not a good thing to do.I’m very pleased with the purchase.

Did not try the heating of the unit yet, and probably won't, but the seller reports the capacity of the mug is "about 17 oz." This is not even close. The true capacity, almost to the rim, is 12 oz. !! This is not a forgivable error as it should be super easy to verify something like this. Dishonest! Will be returning as I wanted a larger mug size.

After considering getting a mug warmer for months, I finally decided to pull the trigger. This one is awesome! It keeps it hot without burning. I tested it with a tea bag in room temperature water. It wasn't long before it was the perfect temperature. The weighted auto on/off and simple touch methods work great. The mug that comes with it is cute too. Game changer!

Great warmer with the mug it comes with. It works great with a flat bottomed mug. It comes in a plain brown cardboard box so not too exciting if you are gifting.

I needed to replace my mug warmer and I know I prefer one with an auto-on and off feature. I also use large mugs so I needed one that would be flat. However, although it looks nice it drives me crazy on a daily basis because it just will not stay on! I followed the instructions and turn it on and then long press until it stops blinking and the red light is solid. But even then I often see that the power has turned off. Super frustrating and would not recommend it at all - particularly since it doesn't even keep my drink very warm.

Beautiful mug with matching ceramic lid. Warmer does just what it states. Keeps coffee nice and warm and will actually stay hot on the high setting with the lid on. Love it!

I didn't receive the mug even though I paid for a set.
