I purchased this product in March 2022 and as I was using it today I realized how much use I’ve put this thing through. I haven’t replaced any parts and I literally just ordered a new lithium battery so I’d have a backup and so I can get more time vacuuming since battery life after 2.5 years of heavy pet hair use has taken its toll. I see using this for many more years as long as batteries are good. It picks up pet hair and more! It’s .6 lbs lighter than the Dyson stick vac and very low tech so I’m okay with that. I love using it and with this and my IRobot Roomba I don’t even have a wired vacuum anymore. I have carpet, low pile, thick pile rugs, wood, and tile floors. This thing works and is rugged enough for pets.

I waited a while to write a review on this so I could give better feedback. I bought this after my other cordless vacuum died suddenly. I love Samsung products very well made and gets the job done. Vacuum the stairs with ease. I can carry it with one hand. It has powerful suction. Varying levels of suction strength to extend battery life. Sleek and modern lightweight. The instructions were a little confusing I had to guess some as how to assemble it. After I finished it I found the manufacturer helpline on the box. Oops. Oh well I got it put together with no issues. I didn’t like how the suction head if bumped into a wall bounces back that gave me some concern about longevity. So far no issues with it. I recommend the Samsung vacuum cleaner and also recommend buying the extended warranty just to be safe. I love Samsung products. I have not been paid to write this review. Just a customer who gives honest feedback.

I have had a couple of the cheaper Asian vacuums, and while they often have all the bells and whistles of more expensive vacuums, they don't have nearly the suction power of this little guy!Battery life seems great, and it's great that it has the two speeds. The high speed has so much suction on a short pile rug that it's difficult to even move, but it's great at the lower speed. The high speed works really nicely on hard surfaces. Emptying the unit is very easy, and you don't get your hands dirty in the process, which is nice!I do miss the mobility of some of the other vacuums, which easily twist and pivot in any direction. And I really miss the bright lights that my last couple ones had on the front of the roller brush. Lights like that make it much easier to see little granules, like cat litter.But honestly, at the end of the day, what matters most is how good it is at picking up stuff, and this one excels. The amount of cat hair it will pull out of a short looped wool rug is truly impressive! My last couple vacuums would take many repeated passes to pull the amount of hair this one pulls in one single pass!

When it arrives it takes a moment to assemble but it’s because you are provided with various parts allowing the vacuum to perform numerous functions.Not only does it charge super fast, but it also has different suction settings for different floor types. And let me tell you, it's a golden retriever owner's dream. It picks up all that fur like a champ! Plus, the versatile attachments make it so easy to clean my sofa and car. And the best part? It's lightweight, so no more back pain while vacuuming. It's made my cleaning routine a breeze! 🐾🧹I’ve had this vacuum for about 4 months now and it still works good as new - That just goes to show how durable and reliable it is. It's always a relief when a product keeps performing well even with regular use. I definitely made a great choice with this vacuum

This vacuum worked really well with the exception of not holding a charge for longer than it takes to vacuum one large room or two small rooms. It definitely doesn’t hold a charge as long as Samsung claims. It looks sleek, it’s super easy to use and very intuitive. Even my children can use it. The attachments easily click on and off and the wall charger makes it easy to store anywhere. The cleaning bin is very easy to clean as well, and isn’t as cumbersome as other vacuums to disconnect, empty and reconnect. After two months of cleaning bliss, the main attachment (the king, flat brush head) broke during usual use. It cracked on grooves which hold the head to part that snaps onto the vacuum base. I spent hours upon hours with customer service trying to get a replacement. I told and retold where/when I purchased it, the vin number, serial number, order number, etc. I was asked to do a weird one way version of FaceTime so that they could see the item in real time, which I did. They finally agreed to use a replacement attachment but said it would be several weeks. For several weeks I made do with the dirty floors and tried other less convenient ways to clean them. The part finally came in (YAY!). But lo and behold it was the wrong part (SIGH). Round 2 of customer service ensued, playing out in much the same way as Round 1. Finally, after hours of back and forth, I was told I’d be issued the correct part. But, it’s out of stock. When will it be back in stock? No one knows. Could be months. Could be years. Could be never. I asked to be issued a new vacuum, as without that brush head I could not use the vacuum as intended (I use the flat brush head attachment 98% of tte time). They said they don’t handle that and I should call a different customer service department. So now I have a beautiful $400 wall decoration instead of a vacuum and filthy floors. You can see in the photo I ultimately tried to duct tape it since it seemed I was out of options, but I’m no vacuum repairman. It’s a bust.

Easy to clean. Design is good. Easy to assemble

Used on a daily basis. Highly recommend.

Lightweight, easy to use but the motor died after 2 and a half years.
