At first, I was skeptical about the price, but after putting it together and feeling the quality of the product, I can firmly say it's worth it! The build is exceptional, and the hardware is sturdy. It was a choice between this and hanger boot clips, but I wasn't keen on the clips leaving imprints on the boots over time. Give it a try, you won't regret it!

Well then my mother bought me some expensive, fancy leather boots for my dread Pirate Roberts cosplay (in case my being a nerd was at all in question here) and I didn’t want them to sit neglected since they might only get worn a couple times a year. I looked at a few different shoe trees and expanders and found it would have cost me the same amount to support and hang just one pair of boots as it did for me to buy the butler and hang my wife’s boots too.Sometimes I just stare into my closet to marvel at my boots, thinking about how lucky my wife is to be married to a 30-something DP Roberts cosplayer. I thought I had ordered the 5 pair boot butler, but somehow there was a mixup on Amazon and I got the 3 pair boot butler instead. I contacted the seller and they were super kind and helpful. They shipped me the additional pieces I needed for the 5 pair boot butler. When I put it together, I was amazed at how simple it was. I fits all of my different boots (I have a couple knee high pairs, mid-calf pairs, and booties) great! It also fits in my closet exactly as described. I have been searching for something to help me store my boots so that they would not get damaged but still take up minimal space. The boot butler is the perfect solution. 10/10 recommend.

Easy to put together, easy to break down. I only gave it 4 stars because it was a little more cumbersome than I anticipated. It did exactly what it says it does, but it felt like it was such a delicate balancing act once it was set up with boots and all.Ultimately, the price didn't reflect the value for me so I returned it.

Great Product! Once I removed the four boxes of product from the living room, where our dog and the cat were trying to help, this went much smoother. Not usually adept at assembling things so figured I needed to lay everything out first. I opened all 4 boxes, laid everything out on my bed and put the racks together assembly line fashion. No problems and in a short while I had a dozen pairs of boots, off closet shelves, out of boxes, and hanging from closet rack. The product is a bit pricey but, when one considers the price of one's boots, the protection afforded, the easy access of the specific boots one is looking for it appears to be worth the expense! Not a difficult project for this lady of 74 years!
