PRODUCT USE: Bickmore Boot Care Kit contains three of the highest quality leather care products on the market, keeping all of your leather in its best condition and extending the life of your favorite leather products. DIRECTIONS: Step 1: Use Bick 1 to give your leather a thorough cleaning. Always check for colorfastness in a hidden area before using. Apply a small amount of Bick 1 to a slightly damp textured cloth. Rub gently in a circular motion. Allow to dry. Repeat if necessary. Step 2: Use Bick 4 to rehydrate, soften, and polish your leather. After cleaning with Bick 1, apply Bick 4 liberally with a cloth, let dry, and buff. Repeat until achieving desired shine. Do not use on suede, roughout, distressed, napped, or any pre treated leathers. Step 3: Use Gard-More to keep your leather protected from water and stains while minimizing rub off and scuffing. Hold the bottle away from the surface and spray evenly. Do not saturate. Allow to dry before use. Won't recolor your boots
I really like this product I was nervous about using it at first but realized my uggs weren't looking too good and needed to be cleaned (Michigan is horrible on your boots lots of deep puddles and dirty snow to walk in plus salt on the roads ) but I dived in and used this not only did it get all the dirt off but it didn't darken the leather and made em look new again (they were three weeks old and looking like I had em for six months that's how bad michigan elements are

Didn't change the color of my leather but can leaks a ton!
I can't review the cleaner yet as my boots were new and clean I didn't use it. The conditioner seemed to work well and my boots sucked up several applications (I assume they sat in a dry warehouse for awhile before purchase) it did not change the color of my cognac boots much which is a relief as I was worried about the possibility. I do not know how well the bickmore bick 4 spray works for waterproofing yet as I haven't been out in wet weather yet. But I can say that Im a bit upset because the can itself leaked so bad out the top when used (with the can straight up and down, yes) that after one use the can is more than half empty! That also seems a safety concern since the product is harmful if inhaled or swallowed etc. and highly flammable. I feel like that is pretty excessive leakage, idk if I just received a dud can or if this is a poor design flaw in general. This did seem to change the color slightly but they aren't dry yet so I'll have to update my review later to reflect that as well as how well it works for waterproofing. All in all I lile the products but I'm not sure Id buy the aerosol again.

Waste of time
The polish and cleaner are great but after spending two hours doing that the protectant ruined everything. Super unhappy with the time and energy I just wasted to have my boots look worse than before. In the picture the one on the left has the protectant on it. Use at your own risk

Can't tell how useful this was
Can't tell how useful this was. I've learned the art of cleaning leather. What you need to purchase in addition to this package is saddle soap, a polish applicator brush, and a large shoe brush.

Handy little packet to clean, moisturize and waterproof your fine leathers.
Bought two of these packets for my leather shoes, jackets and other leather goods. Works great, and leaves no sticky, oily or smelly residue on leather. Will not darken even dry leather like neatsfoot oil will, so your colors are safe and secure, and your leather will be soft and supple when fully absorbed. Best leather care products I’ve ever found.

A Novice Leather Owner Review
I used this product on my Thursday boots. Cleaned them good. Toes together are before and spread apart is after. Visually, they definitely cleaned up and got a nice "healthy glow" after one use with the included cloth and a horse hair brush. My boots were not super dirty to start, but the photos I think are an accurate show of my experience with this product. Product cleaned and gave a good satin-like polish to my boots.I will also note that I do not have a lot of leather polishing experience, did not use any other products then the three delivered, and only applied the Blick 4 once. (I believe people will do multiple go arounds with polishes?...maybe? As I said, a novice)Cheers

Good for light duty boots
I purchased this boot care kit for my thorogood work boots. It seems like good stuff and it all seemed to work well. But...I wouldnt buy this again for hard labor work boots. I ended up buying Huberds Shoe Grease to treat my boots with. The Huberds darkens the leather quite a bit but is soaks in much better and does a better job at conditioning the leather. My conclusion is, the Bickmore is good for a lighter duty boot conditioner and it actually makes the boots look better, but for real, hard working boots, use the Huberds.

Breathing life back into my boots
I had previously been using a combination of whatever leather cleaner I could find and red wing mink oil to treat my boots. I ran out of leather cleaner and a few months of regular wear passed. I came across this Bickmore Boot Care Kit while looking for more leather cleaner and I figured I would give it a shot. I applied each product as outlined in the instructions and I am very happy with the result, the leather looks nicely renewed without losing it's character. I definitely think I have found a replacement for my old boot care routine.
