SUNEX TOOLS SX264K, 1/4 Inch Drive Mini Right Angle Air Die Grinder Kit with Speed Regulator, Safety Throttle, Ball Bearing Construction, and Storage Case, 20000 RPM

Needed a die grinder for work and the superior quality of Sunex combined with their more than reasonable pricing has sold me. So I got this kit rather excited to try it out! I had high hopes and couldn't wait to get to the shop to use it. I was blown away. Though the tool itself is a little on the smaller side it is very comfortable to use! It rips like a son of a gun and somehow does not leave your hand numb or irritated and that is something I have not yet to find. Usually you sacrifice power or comfort for the other to exceed. This tool exceeds at both. Satisfactory doesn't begin to explain my feelings about this die grinder. I will be getting another one for home and have suggested all my co-workers who are in need of a grinder get this kit. Even without the bits and pads the grinder itself is way more than worth it.

My only complaint about this die grinder is the fact that it will not for back in the case with the air chuck on it. Not a big deal I'm just one of those people who gets hung up on things I don't understand. And I can't for the life of me figure out why they would put this die grinder into a case that you can't use unless you remove the air chuck every time your done using it ! Other than that this little tool is very very handy and can be used for so many different jobs. I personally have an air compressor that puts out 8.8 CFM @ 40psi and 6.7 @ 90 psi so it runs this thing hreat. It was a little pricey considering I have seen them (different brand) for as little as 15$ without the accessories but I would definitely buy again..

Great angle grinder; small, light, built like a tank. I've used it daily during a boat refit for three months and it has been perfect. It's compact size makes it good for getting into tight spots.The roloc backing mandrels are great. The grinding bits that came with it are almost worthless as all but one of them were out of round and worse than worthless. I'd give it five stars if the bits were decent. The case is total junk but I stuck the bits in a Plano box with more discs and bits and the tool in a bag with other air tools so all good.

Just another voice in agreement - this is a surprisingly good tool, especially for the price - but even not factoring that in, it's a solid piece of kit. Way better than the straight-handle HFright unit I have - that's not horrible, but has noticable less oomph than then Sunex. The roloc disks are great too, though they do wear fast.As someone else mentioned, the case is _close_ to being good, but the tool no longer fits in it when you add the male air coupling. I wish they had thought that one through for a minute.

Unfortunately the die grinder does not fit in the case with the air nipple installed so basically the case is useless unless you want to remove the air nipple after every use. I didnt buy for the case as I have a toolbox I keep all my air tools in so its not a deal breaker for me. I have several other sunex tools some over 20 years old they make good quality tools.

This shipped quick and got it before the weekend so I could work on my car. Many different kinds of heads for many different kinds of jobs. I screwed an air line connector into it and figured out set up as i went. The directions are very lacking in information. But this toll worked great for me, easy to control, super high speed when trigger was floored, almost too fast so i had to throttle it. Super nice set up, felt great!

Liked-Small, easy to use does a good job in sharping my blades and tools.Disliked-The case it came in was broken. I’d of sent it back, but I needed it now. Very disappointed, the case would of been nice to store the unit in. I will contact seller to see if they’ll send me a new case.UPDATE: Amazon was unable to replace the case. I either had to send everything back, or I opt for a 10% off the purchase price.

I was torn when I first got this grinder It spins incredibly fast however it makes a little more noise and I'm used to in comparison to my snap-on and Ingersoll Rand grinders. But a lesson half the money I'm incredibly impressed with the sunex quality I use them at my work and they've impressed me enough to use them at my house for projects
