Good company and great after sales service
At first we got a defective piece and we threw away the packaging before we realized it. I contacted Origin customer service directly and they sent a new piece and a technician to do an installation and demonstration. Now we’re very happy with the product and will buy from this company again.

Great product
The Novito Dehumidifier 12.5 is a great product. Very easy to handle. Simple operations and effective. I have been using similar dehumidifiers of Novita for several years with no problems and recommend their products.

Good product, but poor product support
Got this during an offer period in Amazon which worked out cheaper than buying directly from the company. Further the company wanted me to first transfer the money and then they would despatch, but i was able to get this cod on Amazon. Very poor support from the company to queries made about certain accessories and their utility. However have been using Dehumidifier from this company for last 20 years and didn't have any problem. No direct service support anywhere outside Mumbai.. as long as the machine works, it is good, if problems happen, then it's just over....

Better buy a AC
It does not dehumidifier even after 24 hoursBut when I switch on AC and check the level it comes down.So better buy an AC instead!!
