Collapsible threshold water dam - Made in the U.S.A. 66 Inch
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this to raise our walk-in, low threshold shower, without adding any hindrance. this product is a thick rubber and can be stepped on and it holds its shape. Just the one inch makes a real difference to keeping the shower curtain inside of the shower. It was a tiny bit difficult for me to cut the surplus length completely straight. I tried to cut it with a non-serrated knife but couldn’t so I ended up using scissors. Other than that the adhesive was super strong, I used a clear bathroom silicone Caulk to put a permanent seal, per instructions. We are so happy with this product even though it was a little pricy and the competition was comparable. I would purchase it again. Oh, and it’s made in America!! :-)

Soft underfoot, yet retains shape and works like a charm
This is the best product and works like a charm to keep water in the shower. Very soft underfoot, and is flexible, yet retains its shape. We have two special needs family members and had our bathroom remodeled by a professional to create an accessible, walk in shower with custom size tile bench. Unfortunately, he did not set the drain correctly and water flowed all over the bathroom when the shower was in use. We had to lay towels all over the floor to prevent water from going into the hallway. The water caused the towels to weigh a ton. Now that problem is gone and I am thrilled!

Great product!
For many years I'd asked the maintenance dept in my apt complex to replace the existing 'water dam' on my walk in shower. Their only solution was a silly little flat thing that only collected dirt and grime and generally looked like hell. Finally, in desperation, I made Google my friend and typed in 'water dam.' This was the first entry and since it seemed as if it'd work and looked good, I bought it. When it came, I installed it. Sure the price was high, but heyyy. The damn thing works and it looks good. I'm more than satisfied...

Less value for the money.
Adhesion is very poor. It rips easily on the walls. High priced product with less good results.

Good product. Read directions.
Works great in barrier free entry showers. Make sure the surface is clean and that you pay special attention to corners because once it's applied it isn't coming off unless you want to ruin it. We buy them often now and trim them to the length we need. The rubber end caps need to be applied using a silicone adhesive purchased separately. We have installed about 5 or 6 of them now and the clients like them because they are soft, match the best bath white shower enclosures well and stay clean.

Doesn't come with end caps
Installed fine but it's missing the end caps.

Cuts to fit and installs very easily
Installed easily and works well. I cut the strip to fit with a small hack-saw which made a very smooth, clean cut. The corner of the shower doesn't have much curve to it but I was able to pinch the strip down a little and squeeze it in there. I used a clear silicone caulk to seal up the edges and put the caps on the ends. I will update later if any issues develop but at the get-go here it's looking good.
