Seems strong and good. A good extra protection to have with action camera.

The screw does not have a philips or a flat head at the top to tighten it, so hand is what you can get. Which is understandable, but it isn't anywhere close to the quality that you get with the original InstaOne stick (screw) etc. Mine actually unscrewed while I was wearing once and the camera fell on the ground scratching one of the lens. Cannot blame anyone but myself for putting a cheap product on an expensive camera. Now I am extra careful using it, check the screw everytime I take the camera out of my pocket. Just glad that I wasn't high up or anything thinking that this is secure before swinging my camera out.
