This arrived here after the snow was gone. Assembly was reasonably quick and it ran when I turned it on as a test. We didn't have snow again for 11 months and I now have operated it for the first time. Everything is unsatisfactory: It barely picks up snow, leaves an icy mess behind and did not throw the snow very far at all. So it fails at its one job. To start operation, you must push a safety button and hold the lever at the same time (which engages the blades). Once it starts, you don't hold in the button but keep the level depressed. If you release the lever, it goes off. On my unit, the safety button is defective in some way so that it you have to push it in exactly right in some way. Otherwise it just sits there. The charge meter on the battery does not work right.Online messages to the vendor did not get a reply. Phone calls to the vendor have not worked- perpetual hold. This product was a waste of my money. I can give no reason to expect other products from this company to be any better.The owner's instruction manual evidently it was written in Chinese and then translated. The images in it are not very detailed or precise, the instruction text is not very complete and it's full of grammar problems, etc. You will need to figure out some things yourself by guessing, trial and error. This makes it hard to use and may impact product safety.

The media could not be loaded. I had Owned 2 Gas blowers in the past. Ariens and Sears Craftsman however decided to go for battery this time. First of all its easy to assemble and this snow blower works even better than expected. I have 100 square ft of patio and 300 square ft of driveway and i cleaned up within 25 minutes which saved my time. the batteries only use abt 1/3 of their charge to clear the driveway and patio. the anow blower could throw this snow abt 8 inch in the air and about 15 inch distance.Pros-Its easy over a few fresh inches of flurry snow, Capable of handling heavier snow but wear more battery and take little, longer time, Its simple to put together and operate, easy maintenance, Battery operated so no worry abt cord or gas.Cons- Its little heavier machine.Overall i am please with the product. It cost half the price of my gasoline blower and no noxious fumes.

At first it seemed the battery was dead but just needed to go through a few charge cycles. The electrical powered discharge chute is nice but also seems to need to warm up at first likely due to some frozen snow. When it gets going it seems to be almost power driven(it's not) and has enough power to throw snow a good distance. The only complaint I have is that it seems to bog down and "catch" on the sidewalk when there is a bare snowfree spot. Perhaps there is a blade height adjustment to alleviate this. Overall seems easy to use and is convenient

Bought this snow blower last year and the handle broke after just a couple of uses. Very poor build quality. I contacted their customer service to get the replacement part 6 months ago and I am still waiting. They keep saying that they have ordered the part and waiting on the manufacturer. Decided never to buy their products again.

I didn’t have a chance to actually used it yet, but I didn’t really like the facts that it looks cheap for the price that I’m paying for.

The good (*) and then the bad (-).* The product was easy to assemble. The instructions okay. The battery came mostly charged.* The snowblower worked just fine with 2 or less inches of snow.- At 4 inches the snowblower kept immediately shutting off. I could not get more than an inch before it shut off. Anywhere where you receive snowfalls of that amount or more this snowblower is of no value.- During assembly I did have some questions concerning the battery as the documentation is inadequate. After being on hold the phone was disconnected. Subsequent calls didn't last that long before being disconnected. I never did talk to a person.- I contacted one of the companies in my area listed as support. They do not support this product. They have not talked to this company nor has this company contacted them. I would be very dubious of local support.- I bought this thinking Amazon Prime would cover the return shipping. After trying to get a return label I discovered that I am to contact the company. I read other reviews subsequently lamenting that you are required to cover the return fee approximately $100 or more. I don't recall the exact amount but I recall someone writing they would have to pay $200.- The return response offered a 20% refund or a full refund if that's what I want. I want a full refund as the product has no value in the Midwest. I await their response. A ~$70 refund does not cover the return shipping fee. Unacceptable.- At the moment I am still on hold after 20+ minutes. Other customer complaints mentioned customer support as inadequate. I concur.
