I have to give this product 5 stars and I almost never review my purchases. I did the research to identify the most potent supplement and it came back loud and clear that BestVite was one of just a couple available on Amazon. You will get your money's worth with this product, it's highly effective even at a low dose and doesn't compare to other Sam-e supplements I've purchased.

I have been taking this for two months and noticed a significant improvement in my mood and outlook after the first week or two. I take one on an empty stomach when I get up in the morning, and it doesn't cause any nausea or upset stomach. I also deal with some anxiety, so I take StressRx daily as well, and this combination has been working very well for me.

I’ve been taking SAMe for years with great success. It’s excellent for depression. Decided to try this brand because it was cheaper. I’ve gone through two bottles in a month and I don’t feel like I’ve taken anything. A total waste of money. Back to my other brand .

I have been taking SAMe since March to treat fibromyalgia. The Bestvite product is excellent. It has given me more energy, and when I am experiencing pain, SAMe will diminish the pain. I take 600 mg. per day. I do keep it refrigerated as instructed on the label. When I am traveling I take SAMe tablets in a blister pack --- Doctor's Best product. The Bestvite SAMe is effective, but because SAMe is not stable, I cannot take it with me when traveling.
