Chocolate not my favorite but tastes good!
Works well for recovery, good quality. I use a rechargeable mixer. Tastes good for chocolate.

Delicious!
OMG this is delicious! I bought the chocolate flavor and I love it. Best tasting protein powder that I’ve ever had. Smells and tastes like rich chocolate milk. I mix mine with water in a shaker bottle. It mixes perfectly every time. No clumps. I look forward to finishing my workout so I can have this, it’s like a treat for me. I feel like I’m cheating because it’s so good LOL. I will buy this again for sure but am eager to try the other flavors too. This was the best choice for me because it was lowest in fat and cholesterol. Also a great value with 70 servings in the huge 5 pound jug. Buy it, you won’t be sorry.

Good protein powder.
Vitamin Shoppe and the brand I had been buying for years bumped the price up over the past year or so by about 40%. Not cool. As I had worked through brands available at VS that was the lowest price isolate protein that had palatable flavor. Other brands also had their prices jacked.... So came looking on Amazon. This is priced at about the same as what I had for years been paying for the brand I had bought at Vitamin Shoppe, and was surprised that the flavor is actually better. A bit more sugar than the brand I had been buying, but it's really a negligable difference.. Overall, good product, good price. I'm satisfied.

My new go to protein powder
This is a great powder for the price. In a shaker it mixes well with no clumps, it doesn't do as well in a glass with a spoon. The sucralose to sweeten it actually tastes good and better than other powders that use artificial sweeteners. The ingredients are more complete for better performance than other powders too but it is still missing vitamins like d and b-complex. Using milk helps with vit d and also makes it taste even better

Truly a Delicious and Healthful Supplement
I have been using a protein supplement for some years, mostly a different brand. But chocolate is my flavor of choice, and so tried this one recently (and currently). Calorie content was comparable, protein content was on target, no intestinal issues. The powder comes with a measuring cup, and it seems to dissolve easily (in milk, in my case). I dissolve it in any of several smoothies I use. The flavor is superb. So if you are a younger person looking to build muscle in the gym, or an older person like me trying to preserve the muscle you’ve got, give this one a try. Highly recommended.

**UPDATE** 12-10-23
The price of the Rival Soft Serve Vanilla was reduced so I bought the 5-lb tub based on my past experience with this product. Holy cow! They must have changed the formula because this is NOT the same protein powder. It tastes horrible and mixes very thin. This stuff is disgusting! It's being returned immediately.--Original Comment--I used to buy the popular ISO brand but it now costs $100 for a 5-lb tub. Then I discovered Rival when it was only $49. In April, I paid $60, and three weeks later it costs $72.Amazon's pricing is inconsistent and fluctuates daily -- even hourly -- based on supply and demand. In any case, I can't afford to pay that much, and I really don't need to supplement. The product itself is satisfactory. I've tried the Rich Chocolate and Soft Serve Vanilla. It mixes well in a shaker and tastes fine. What I like best is the quality protein (both concentrate and isolate), and the Nutritional Profile which has less sugar, fat, sodium and cholesterol than other brands. Plus, there are 5.5 grams of Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAA's) for building muscle. One thing to consider is that most people get all the protein they need in their daily meals. I eat lots of fish, chicken, egg whites, nuts and yogurt, so I'm already getting more protein than my body needs. Protein shakes really are a waste of money if you are eating a balanced diet. Your body can only utilize so much protein so you might want to save your money.

Tastes great, good value
I read some reviews where people complained about Rival being the worst tasting protein they'd ever tried, but I found it to be just the opposite -- I like the taste! It smells like Hershey's cocoa powder and has about the same consistency. It mixes very easily in water, unlike some of the protein powders I've tried. I bought the chocolate in the 5lb jar and just ordered the vanilla in the 10lb bags, but haven't opened it yet. When I open the vanilla, I'll update my review. Some people complained about the increasing prices, but I find that's happening with all protein powders on Amazon.
