not at all satisfied with the purchase, the oven does not work well, I returned it, they did not refund me $100 (restock refund) even though I returned it in the original packaging) and paid $50 for shipping. THE DESCRIPTION SAYS FREE RETURN WITHIN 30 DAYS. Therefore, if you want to order such an oven, order it cheaper from the original website!

Used in a restaurant - kept up on cleaning and maintenance and stopped working after 16 months of use. Already have to replace it.

Great little oven, but the element will burn out approximately 30 seconds after the 1 year warranty expires.
