Quality is poor, Maybe I have a bad one but I do not know because they not speak English, They want video's on everything . I supplied the video's still no support. Unit will not work with a bible size book. Even on a book cover the quality is poor. Unit works poorly with MS Word. Printing is inconsistent. Waste of money and time.
