"Wrap-around" keeps the sun from shining in at most or all angles! Fits over (reasonable-sized) corrective glasses. I was hoping to use these while driving, but they're too dark for that (I might miss a danger). So I use these while shoveling snow, they're perfect for it! Only useable in daytime with snow landscape, or when sunny. These are also very comfortable and feel like they fit well, no sharp edges against my skin, and don't interfere over my corrective lens glasses.I have slight macular degeneration and need bright-light protection. I love these!

I have major light sensitivity, and was using those cheap blue things that Ophthalmologists would give you after pupil dilation, over eyeglasses with clip-on sunglasses. And that was often not sufficient. These are real sunglasses, well tinted and polarized. I can look directly at the Sun and have no impulse to look away. Actually, when driving towards the Sun, I can barely see my vehicle's instrumentation. I'm hoping, if I treat them carefully, that they will last a long time.

Obsessed with these. They are perfect for really bright days. I often go to Hawaii and lounge on the beach and these were perfect and dark enough to not have to squint and were very comfortable.

For context, I'm wearing these while on deployment in Qatar. It's a very bright dessert in the middle east.The pros:- Very dark- They overall look and feel quality- Soft-touch rubber texture on the frames feels great.- Hinges are high quality and designed to bend a little in both directions.- The frames hold the lens away from the face, maybe it will help prevent it from adding to my raccoon tan.The cons:- Glare! So much glare I can barely see anything.- They only block about 90% of my vision because they're not wrap-arounds and that 10% that gets through is blindingly bright.Overall they're both too bright and too dark at the same time. I hope they make a wrap-around pair or something with less glare (or both). I like the quality though.

They really are darker and the darkest I’ve found for an affordable price.I’m sensitive to light and can trigger a migraine, and these are such a relief.

There are great but a little too dark for me

I imagine it is great for people who really need dark glasses. I found them to be too dark to the point I couldn't see at all. Turns out, too, that I had super dark glasses in the house already, so I didn't really need them after all. I will say that they are of excellent quality and looked very sleek. I would recommend it even if it didn't quite work out for me.
