I like this dehumidifier because it is self explanatory, simple, and does what it should. I live in a very humid area so I have to empty it every other day but it takes 10 seconds to empty it. I purchased this because I have been having a mold problem in my bedroom closet. My bathrooms air vent only circulates the air instead of pulling it out. I take very hot showers and it is already humid where I live. The shower steam leads right to my closet where white mold patches have been growing on all of my stuff . I cleaned all the mold and put this dehumidifier between my shower and closet. I keep it on 24/7 and I haven't had any new patches show up. I have been using it for a month now. It is 12 feet from my bed and I don't even have to put sleep mode on because it is quiet. The air quality in my bedroom is better and maybe even a little colder. I was very worried I would have to invest a lot to fix this mold problem, but this lil guy fixed it. Very satisified. I highly recommend it.

This dehumidifier is more than I had hoped for. It is well made and works like a charm. I have used it for about 2 weeks now and my closet no longer has a musty smell. It is more efficient than I imagined it would be and I am amazed that it pulls as much moisture from the area as it does. I highly recommend it to anyone who is thinking about trying the product out. I have found no need to use the sleep mode because it is very quiet, almost like a very soft sound machine.

This product has been a lifesaver for our travel trailer. We keep it running 24/7 (we keep our trailer at our house, so it’s easy to do). We empty the tank once per week, though, we don’t have to. It is quiet and compact, making it perfect for a travel trailer, or bedroom. We live in an area with relatively low humidity, but RVs are notorious for moisture problems. It’s amazing how much moisture this machine pulls from the air. Great product!

Small, compact, and light def worth a purchase!!. You now it works cuz you can see the water fill up in the trey, it’s not to loud and we’ll the lights makes it easy not to kick over at night.

Worked great for a little over 4 months, then it just stopped. Used it for about 12-16 hours per day. Plenty of space around it and filter is clean. Contacted customer support (their card that came with the product said they would respond within 24 hours...they didn't). Emailed them after 48 hours with a picture of their card, "We will reply you within 24 hours and promise will solve your issue".They replied,"Dear friend,Thanks for your letter.I am so sorry for the problem you meet.Could you send us a video if it's convenient for you?We need a video to explain the problem to the supplier.Waiting for your replyAnna"I sent a video to them the same day. No response. I have contacted them two more times...NOTHING.It broke May 29th and it's now July 16th. I've given up expecting to hear from them.Look elsewhere for a company that will stand behind their product.

Works great

Pros: It was quieter than the previous brand I got on amazon, (Seavon). I liked that it didn't need a separate power adapter. The float switch to turn off the system when the tank is full, used a magnet instead of a physical button.Cons: It stopped working after a year of periodic use in a 60 square foot closet.A different brand I had purchased from Amazon also didn't last very long, maybe the cheap price is just the cost of dehumidifying for a year. Seems like there should be a better way.In general, I don't know why all these small units come with a light show feature. I don't need colorful lights for the water tank, I'd just like a dehumidifier that works.

I bought two of these for my camper and they work great! I like that you can easily see how much water is in it without having to remember to check it.
