I like this headgear! As a CPAP user for over 25 years I have always found that getting a comfortable mask that worked was my top priority! This one replaced a head strap that lasted about 2 years but was not shown as in stock so I searched for a new one. This one caught my eye and I decided to order it and found it simple, easy to use and comfortable. I look forward to many nights of great sleep with this head set. Thanks for making it so affordable and comfortable.

It's a bit difficult to thread the tabs through, but after it's done the headgear holds really good. Without a doubt the best option for a replacement for the Nuance that I've tried. Will buy again.

Too tight, don't stretch like I expected so not too comfortable

As others.have mentioned, the straps are slightly too large. You have to really force them through the holes on the mask. They do fit thought once you push the velcro section through. Note there is a no return policy, so if this may bother you, don't order this item. That said, once you get the straps on this is a pretty close comparison to the original head gear which is no longer in production.

The Velcro on these is much superior to the Phillips headgear. The mask is a bit smaller, but by setting the side and top fasteners closer to the hole the strap loops through, I can get a comfortable fit (and I have a large head). There is less give than with the Phillips, but because the Phillips stretches more I have to tighten the mask every few days to compensate for that elasticity. Because this mask is less elastic it is a bit harder to adjust initially, but once I get the right fit, I don't need to readjust the mask as much. I note that one comment suggests the fasteners end against the face rather than on the outside of the headgear. I believe the reviewer affixed the mask incorrectly. They assumed that for comfort, the fabric side of the headgear was supposed to rest against their head. The fabric side of the headgear is supposed to go on the outside of the mask. The "leatherette" side is what rests against the head. Pay close attention to the photo on the listing for proper setup.
