Great product and hands on company
This is agreat product. We have a dog with an injured pad on her front paw and finding something to protect the wound and keep the dog from getting at it was a priority. We also needed some protection for the other paws for a trip. This product works on both accounts. Something that is snug and protective and that the dog can't escape. Takes a little effort to get on, but stays put. The dog is not bothered by having these on. The two straps help keep them in place. We also dealt with the company as the first set we ordered were too large. They were great and very helpful when they saw that we returned the first set. They wanted to know if they could help or if we had any issues or questions regarding the product. That was the first time for me and I have ordered hundreds of things. Highly recommend this product.

Nice booties, takes a bit of getting used to
We're still figuring out how to use the boots effectively. They seem very durable and I like that they have a reflective tape on them. They are fairly easy to get onto my dogs paws but they tend to slide off a little. She's a GSP so has skinny legs and big feet and likes to try to kick them off. I think once she gets used to them, they will be fine. The large fits her paws but seems a little big on her legs.

Very sturdy. Nice fit.
We bought these because our senior dog has become afraid of thunderstorms and also has separation anxiety. If it storms when we are not home with her she digs at the carpet. We bought these to keep her from tearing up our new carpet. So far she hasn't flipped out while we have been gone, but these booties seem to be quite sturdy, and they seem to stay on pretty well. She has twice accidentally stepped on one of them and pulled it off, but she doesn't seem to mind wearing them at all.

Great for my winter running buddy
My dog runs with me about 4-5 days a week for 3-5 miles and as the weather started to change I wanted to get her some shoes to protect her paws from the salt on the roads and from developing ice and snow balls packed in between her toes. I tried a couple different brands and these are working well so far. I wouldn't really call them incredibly durable, after our first run in them there were some spots where the outer layer of fabric wore through. I think that is to be expected though, since they are really not comparable to human running shoes, it would be like me going for a run with thick socks on instead of a shoe with a sole. Her back feet could have probably taken a medium instead of a large but they stayed on regardless. We have run about 15 miles in them so far plus a couple romps in the snow in the backyard and I think they are holding up well. It takes me about 5 minutes to put them on, and you may have to wiggle the front paws in, but it is worth it to have them on right so they stay on for the whole time that you want them to. If you are looking for a quick shoe to throw on for your dog to go out in the snow in for his/her bathroom breaks, this isn't it. For those purposes, I use the Pawz rubber booties. I expect these to last through the winter and maybe halfway through next winter too. If I have to repurchase next winter I will gladly do so.By the way my dog is a 55 lb labradoodle, I've included pictures of her in the boots and one of what her dry feet look like after taking them off when we are done with our fun in the snow.

Great idea, bad execution. They don't stay on.
I really, really wanted these to work well but they are horrible. This is not a symptom of they are poorly made - they are just poorly designed and are nothing like a "shoe" - which might actually work.I have calm dogs that listen well - like lay on their back with feet in air and these still took 10-15 minutes to get on. Getting past the due claw is incredibly difficult. After a lot of trial and error, the only way to get these to stay on past a few steps is for them to be incredibly tight. If the dog never moves, then they are adequate. But once the dog moves - and shakes their paw because dogs don't like wearing shoes - after about 25 feet, they slide down and eventually fall off. These simply don't work.

The shoes were easy enough to put on
I bought these doggie boots based on positive reviews from other shoppers and because the price was right. I have a 60 pound border collie mix, who I measured his feet and assessed would be in a size large. The shoes were easy enough to put on, but my dog is pretty accustomed to being messed with. He was fully cooperative, so that helped. I got these because I have fallen in love with snow shoeing the last few winters. Of course the dog wants to go, but his feet tend to collect snow and ice and then his feet hurt so much that he doesn't want to go on. I thought these would be perfect for our problem. The shoes stayed on well enough in the house, but as soon as I got him outside and he started to run, they all fell off within minutes. I had them as tight as they would go, and they still fell off, on all four feet. I was annoyed, as I was on snow shoes and had to back track and dig in deep snow to find them. Maybe they would work for indoor traction, but did not work for what I was looking for; Altogether, I am fairly disappointed in this product.

Did not work well for hunting dog.
Good product, but unfortunately, did not stay on my Brittany while hunting. Would probably work great for dogs while walking or perhaps even moderate running on relatively smooth terrain (pavement, gravel, etc.). Had trialed them on my dog in our backyard and had no problem over the course of a about a 20 minute "test run." However, when in the field, the combination of intense running and changing directions while hunting in heavy brush caused them to fall off within a few minutes.

Dog didn't eat them! \o/
These lasted longer than other types we tried to use. Our puppy wasn't able to take these off and eat them! So success! They aren't too easy to get on, but it means they are less likely to come off per puppy attempts. Our dog got used to them and accepted they wouldn't come off. If he wasn't a risk of eating them we could have tried a size bigger and it probably would have been much easier to put on.Unfortunately, our pup had a growth on his foot that was irritated and the boots encourage more careful walking. We had to soak his foot multiple times per day so putting on the boot was difficult. But totally worth it since he wasn't eating them like the last 4 (full set other brand) he ate!
