Beware, this herb lowers blood sugar. So, if you already have issues with hypoglycemia, you may want to be careful/ take a low dose. But it has a lot of health benefits. I would put them all here, but there are a lot. So, you may want to Google it.It helped me with the severe abdominal pain I was having/ had been having for over a year and a half. I used to get stabbing pains after eating. I have been doing other things like change in diet, colon hydrotherapy, etc. But I was doing those things before with little/ temporary relief. My diet is still very limited but not being in excruciating pain is nice.
