Nicely presented book. It was a present for my wife and she is delighted with it.

This book is funny and enjoyable to read

Beautifully produced, lovely to handle, and lovely bits written by the author to enhance the enjoy,ent of the poetry. Holding and reading this book is like tea with an old an trusted friend. It s a must buy for all Pam Ayre’s fans. She also shares some of her strongly held beliefs on animal welfare, which is so important. That in turn gives us, the readers, a chance to see a more serious side to this delightful authoress, though it is done in tiny bites, so never spoils the, sheer joy of everything else in its pages.

I knew I would be in a Hospital waiting room most of the day , interupted by visits to scanner, blood tests etc . So I needed a book that could put down and pick up again without interrupting the story. So a poetry book is ideal and this one being about animals was ideal . It made you smile and happy with the stories.

Lovely book. Beautifully illustrated. Bought a copy for my 9 year old granddaughter, then bought another for myself ! Pam Ayres is always good value, and this is a particularly attractive book.
