Use as directed
If you use this as directed on a daily basis or the increase dosage before an event, there will be a significant increase. I was a US Army Drill Sergeant so diet and sleep were almost non existent. Diet was maintained but the ability to keep the correct amount of calories in to the amount expended was hard. Therefore a lot of days and physically drained at times. Having to be ready for a physical fitness test at any time was important and stacking these into my daily routine was a must. Over time I have also been able to use them for last ditch efforts for other events when I had not normally been taking them. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a slight edge and to also help with the after workout soreness, especially if you’re just getting back into it. Huge help.

Don't hesitate! Get it on a subscription
This is an awesome product! I was skeptical at first as I'm sure most anyone would be but I am convinced that this stuff is worth its weight in gold. The two biggest things that I've noticed in terms of my athletic performance after taking this for about 3 weeks now is that 1. the lactic acid build up during a difficult workout or a sustained pace run is probably 1/4 what it was prior to taking it. The second thing I notice is that my recovery after a hard workout is and even after a long training week is much much faster. I did the half Murph workout on Memorial Day without having used this and it took me about 4-5 days to fully recover. I just did the workout again two days ago and I'm already fully recovered and I improved my scores for the workout. Results will probably vary on a case by case basis but I will definitely be a long term user! I also opted to take a smaller dosage than the recommended amount so I'm only taking half the recommended amount and it works great still!

Side Effects.
I purchased this Xendurance Extreme to increase my recovery time, however I have been getting migraine headaches for the last month. 3 times already since I started taking it. I have not had migraine headache for years. I had to start taking my prescription medication for it and once I do then I have to go home turn out the lights and go to sleep, because the medication is very strong and makes me drowsy In result I have missed 3 of my major running workouts because of it. I stopped taking it because of severe Migrain Headaches. I am going back to my old one that has no side effects. Sportlegs.

Has potential
I've been taking it everyday, 6 tablets a day and I think it has made a change. I was able to ramp up my mileage from 45 to 70+ miles a week, I'm getting leaner, and I'm running my first 5k this Sunday after 9 weeks of base. When you first take it you quickly feel a surge of energy and ready to run. With many of these supplements it's difficult to tell if they really work. I plan on taking it until NYC marathon and see if I can get a big PR. It's not a miracle drug and nothing in life is, but I think xendurance, proper training, and a healthy diet will get you to peak performance.

Master Recovery
I had an accident while competing in the NorCal Masters CrossFit competition on January 19, 2013. I fell from a bar, hit concrete on my shoulder and severed all the ligaments, separating my scapula, clavicle and shoulder. I had surgery to rebuild my left shoulder on Valentines day. On May 15th 2013, my surgeon released me to start light workouts with little weight and no gymnastic bar work. I missed the 2013 Reebok/CrossFit open due to the recovery. I started taking Extreme Endurance after speaking with Justyn St. Clair of Xendurance. It is now November; just ten months since the injury and only a couple of months from the Reebok/CF Open qualifying workouts. The addition of Extreme Endurance has helped me to push through tough workouts which in turn gives me the confidence to keep moving forward. I am surpassing a lot of my weights, times, and reps, etc.. I wasn't sure at first how much Extreme Endurance was helping until I ran out for a couple of weeks. I believe it stays with you for awhile; however, I really noticed a lack of muscle fatigue after I started taking it again. That lack of muscle fatigue, basically says "just one more", "just one more"; and then it keeps saying it. It's an incredible addition to my workouts. I take it morning and night, seven days a week and will continue to do so. I finished #10 in the 2012 Reebok/CrossFit Masters 60+ in Carson, CA. I had to skip 2013 due to my shoulder injury. I am now ready for the 2014 Open. Extreme Endurance has been a BIG part of my training and recovery. Thank you Extreme Endurance.

Unbelievable results!
I'm 42 and a pretty active Crossfitter. This summer I conducted an experiment that consisted of doing two challenging workouts (cardio & metcon or barbell) a day while taking Xendurance Extreme Endurance,Xendurance protein, and Xendurance Omega supplements. It took about 3 days for me to notice the effects of Extreme Endurance, but my soreness decreased and recovery was faster than I've ever experienced in the last 10 years. I recently stopped Extreme Endurance and in a couple of days I was feeling sore and needing an extra day of recovery. I still take the protein and Omega supplements and love them. Extreme Endurance works wonders, I just need to find a way to justify the cost long-term.

like.. "
I was skeptical at first. I'm an avid Crossfitter...but I'm also 51 years old. While strength has not been an issue as I've aged, endurance has been. Initially, I didn't notice any difference but on Day 4, I killed a rowing, box jump, wall ball workout that normally would have put me on the ground by the end. It's not a dramatic difference, like..".hey, I'm going to the Games" difference...but it definitely is noticeable. A couple of things I did notice...ANY alcohol while taking this product resulted in a pretty bad headache. Additionally, too much caffeine near the time that I dosed with Xendurance gave me the shakes and a flushed face. This may be specific to me...I've talked to other folks who said they didn't experience either one of those issues. For me, it's an easy solution...no alcohol and cut back on the coffee.

Didn't Work For Me
Holding my nutrition consistent and dropping my training volume and keeping the intensity the same, I did not notice any improvement using this product. It did not make me less sore nor reduced my lactic acid buildup.
