Very colourful, easy to read and language easy to grasp for my pre-schooler.I enjoyed reading this to my son, the rhyming helps make it fun and the pictures of the superhero’s are lovely and colourfulA firm favourite in the house

Fun way to get children interested in eating veggies.
The book was bright and entertaining,will certainly spike the natural curiosity of a child to try super foods that made Henry strong.Have bought one for his class at school so that it can be shared with his friends.

Excellent book for children if they didn’t like vegetables before reading this book they definitely will now. Well worth the money.
