BAM!
I love stump shooting, and small game hunting, and I have been using muzzy and some other judo points, and have been annoyed with how easily the springy wire breaks on some of them. So I wanted to try these, the price was right and the reviews looked good, so I ordered these.Let me tell you, these are working great on my recurve. They hit HARD, and can do real damage to anything they hit. I hit an old stump, and instead of simply sticking in it, or bouncing off, it exploded! I hit a live tree at 20 paces and it left a deep noticeable wound in the bark. I tossed a full waterbottle down range and hit it, and it demolished it, going right through. However, despite all this damage, the arrows are in perfect shape, and not once did I have one bury in the dirt. These seem to have the perfect mix of stiffness and rubberyness to them to both deal massive blunt force damage to whatever it hits, but also prevent the arrow from detonating on impact. These are economical, and easy to use, and so far have made it even easier and fun to stump shoot as I know I will not break the arrow, and in many cases, it leaves a good clear mark where the impact took place, helping me further tune my instinctive shooting style.I have NO doubt that these will be absolutely LETHAL to any small game this hits, even in those not so vital hits that inevitably happen on small game when shooting instinctive, this will surely deliver enough impact to crush vitals and cause instant or near instant death from hydrostatic shock even in a less than perfect shot placement situation.Whats more, as it lacks any sharp points, I bet it will leave more meat and fur intact. However, seeing how it can penetrate solid wood at ten paces or less, I am a bit worried about this going through and through on some small animals, and as the head is bigger than a normal Judo... that could mean a LOT of meat ruined...Anyway, I would definitely recommend to a friend!

Today was my first time ever shooting a bow and I used these tips.I shot over 400 shots at a large tree and a 3 liter and a 2 liter plastic bottle partially filled with water and the arrows and tips held up fine.CAUTION: These arrows can and WILL bounce back! I was doing some shots at 15 yards and several arrows bounced back at me. Some hit me but they didn't hurt me. A few flew back so hard and fast that I could hear them fly past me and they landed in a pond about 20 yards behind me so I had to go fish my arrows out of the water. The 2 liter bottle was only partially filled with water so it actually cushioned the shots and the arrows hit and glanced off without bouncing.None of the arrows punctured the body of the bottles but one of my shots finally hit the neck of the 3 liter bottle and made a huge crack in it.Also, when these tips landed full hits on the bottles it sounded like a gun was going off.Note: I was using the 40 LB Samick Sage Takedown Recurve. A 50+ bow would obviously do a lot more damage and also bounce back more.

Good arrowheads if used correctly.
These arrowheads work for killing small game of all forms. These are very sturdy heads that can take a lot of abuse. I killed a rabbit with these. It surprised me when the head went straight through the rabbit leaving a gaping hole in its way. I was very close to the rabbit (5 or 6) yards. I would highly recommend not shooting anything to hard like trees. When I shot it into our wood pile it forced the head into the arrow shaft. It did not fly straight afterwards. The shaft was completely fine but the head was so deformed that it was hard to get it off. I was 20 yards away. I also only recieved 3 heads.

Tips are great for target practice
Tips are great for target practice. If the bow is strong enough, the tips will still penetrate the practice target. In the event of a miss, the tips prevent the arrow from burying itself. Case in point, I lost two arrows with field tips. The Saunders Bludgeon tops allowed me to retrieve my arrows every time. The durability is very good as well. They do scratch from impact; I've yet to see one fracture. They are very durable, light weight, and do not affect the trajectory of the arrow when in flight.

Good Deer Deterrent
As one guy mentioned before about using them to chase and scare off bears (assuming it probably black bear) I decided to give them a try to keep deer out of my garden. Being in city limits and out of season i was looking for a good non lethal way to reach out and hit the deer coming into the garden with out killing. I eventually got my chance one night and what fun it was. As mentioned before the points make a bit of a whistle then whap! as I hit the doe in the butt. she took off in a panic with a look of confusion on her face.I don't think ill be seeing her any time soon. but for the time being the garden is safe.

or something else and don't bury into the ground so that you can find them relatively easily. Great product
These things are the most economic options available for something so indestructible and effective. I've already gotten a couple of squirrels and they fly the same as field tips. Also, they absorb the impact of any stray shot into a tree, fence, etc. that would usually break the shaft, nock, or something else and don't bury into the ground so that you can find them relatively easily. Great product, great price

Thumper
Flys like field point, hits hard, and takes a beating. My young son has fun with them as well, they are safer than field points so a little less worry when he is flinging them in the backyard.
