A wooden box with 7 removable lids and 4 shapes: cylinder, cube, rectangular and triangular prisms. The shape is retrieved from the drawer at the front. By starting with posting one shape this sorter can be used by the youngest children, once they have mastered each single shape, then they can try with the two hole lid, then three holes, and only do the 4 hole lid when they are ready. customizable, multiple levels in one product, but misses the mark with accuracy of cutting
I love that there is a shape sorter than can be customized. The quality is good and the lids surprisingly strong. I like that it can be used in place of numerous imbucare boxes in the home. I do wish it had a coin slot. My only issue with the quality is that the cylinder was too tall to open the drawer after it dropped unless is fell over sideways, which could be very confusing to a young child. It can be used without the drawer as well, which avoids the problem. I do wish there were a way to secure the tops, maybe a swinging latch on the inside or something. I plan to use tape for now, but it's not ideal. Also it would be nice if there were an optional drawer stop you could flip up if you didn't want the child removing the box.

Very Disappointed!
Disappointed. Very Poor Quality. The bottom drawer would not pull out. One of the lids was warped and would not slide in. I was really surprised considering the cost of this item. I own a Montessori school therefore I am really familiar with the quality of Montessori works. `
