The first week I started using this was when a friend told me she was doing it and had lost some weight and that it had helped her with energy. I also knew some other people that had used it and I had seen proof of weight loss in them. I personally didn't care to loose a lot of weight, I just needed to feel focused and have extra energy. Loosing a few pounds wouldn't hurt but I wasn't really looking to loose since I'm not overweight. However, I ordered this for my husband and myself through pruvit. My husband had already been watching out for refined sugar and he had lost about 10 pounds before we started the pruvit, he needed to loose about 30 pounds. I personally don't like the monthly subscription part because I felt obligated even if I decided not to continue. We bit the bullet and did it for one month. The first week he was fine with it but I had a bad experience. I haven't heard a lot of people talk about feeling starved, but for me, I was literally starving... I ate everything in sight and even gained a few pounds. At the end of the 3rd day I stopped using it and left all the two months supply for my husband. I cancelled our subscription to Pruvit at this point because I had found that amazon sold it as well and we could reorder when he needed it through them. We were drinking the chocolate and orange. The taste wasn't great but mixed with water or almond milk and ice it wasn't too bad. You can also add the sugar free orange crush powder (at Walmart) to the orange flavor and it's actually pretty good. After the second week my husband had his yearly blood work done ( both he and I have very high cholesterol numbers. Even with me not overweight my cholesterol is always very high, We opted not to take cholesterol meds because of the side effects.) When his results came back a week later, I was shocked... his numbers were normal. Even the good cholesterol numbers that are supposed to be higher and are always LOW had risen and the high numbers were down to normal! At this point I wanted to give it another try. I started getting feedback from my friend about her husbands blood pressure being down after he started using privet and another friend that had her blood work checked and her bp was down as well as cholesterol. So I decided to try it again and this time I started out slowly. I added only half scoop or packet to my water. I'm now using a whole scoop and no extra hunger!!! This does help with my tired feelings and on days I have brain fog this takes it away.... I have now been using this for a few weeks and I am fine. I haven't had my cholesterol checked yet but am making my yearly appointment for blood work soon and am hoping it turns out as well as my friends and husband has done. The only thing I have to complain about is that I don't sleep well. I honestly think its because we have the powder with caffeine. I am thinking I'll try the kind without caffeine next time and see if that helps. ... my daughter tried it for a week and she dropped about 6 pounds. This stuff really works. Does it keep you in ketosis? I have no idea but I do know that it works because I've seen more than one person loose weight on this and more than one person has had positive results with cholesterol and blood pressure. ... this is Just our experience, yours may be different

I found this drink to be REALLY SWEET and does NOT taste like chocolate at all. Since I haven't been eating any sugars/low carbs, this sweet taste is hard to swallow. If I drink it on an empty stomach it will actually make me a little sick, so I take it with a meal. I have not found it to be all that energizing, but it does help with appetite control. I have been on a Keto diet for 2 months and have been taking this product for a week. So far have not seen any loss of weight with taking this product. I will continue to use it and see what happens at the month mark.The shipping was normal, but the package came crushed. The box housing the packets was actually opened at the bottom and I had to count how many packets were in it to make sure I was getting the correct amount. Just seemed strange that the tear out at the bottom for easy access would be already torn out??? I think that this product is way over priced for what you are getting....so someone is filling their pockets with our hard earned money!

It tastes vile, but to be honest I'm not sure there's much anybody could do to improve that. However, it WORKS. The first night after I had this for breakfast I slept better than I have in years, and I have tons of energy. So good job!

I purchased the trial of the orange flavor of this product and noticed a quick jump in ketosis within an hour. I decided to get the 15 pack in chocolate and couldn't have been more disappointed. First of all, it did not result in ketosis whether I used it once a day or twice a day. Second, the taste was very unpleasant and had to disguise no matter what you put it in. I will not waste any more money on any of this company's products.

I was thought that this keto is working for me. but it wasnt works. the Keto is really works for me is the Orange one. because it help to remove your vowel many time and also it your appetite.

This gets me into Ketosis on the, seldom, times when I slip out. It is expensive but, if you can get into keto easily, an $86 dollar outlay can last six months or more.And it tastes great. It uses just the right amount of ingredients so that it tastes a bit like chocolate and is, to my taste (and I never have sugar because it interferes with ketosis) sweet because of the stevia used in it.One caveat: If you can't get into keto then, while this may make you feel good in the short term (a couple of hours, a day), if you can't afford it just figure out what prevents you from getting into it. And, if you can afford it, then, hey, do what you want - it's your money.I will buy more once I run out.

I've used this product everyday for a year. The results are awesome I recommend it to everyone. Even if you don't need to lose weight the benifits are great I feel so much better. I love the chocolate swirl mixed with unsweeten coconut milk.
