Easy to Grow Hosta 'Bumper Crop Mix' Plant Bareroots (20 Pack) - Mixed Colors for Planting in Shade Gardens

Since writing my first review, I've ordered a second order of 20 bumper crop and every single one is thriving, some arrived already trying to grow out. Shipping was much quicker. Received various types (colors) in both batches from this seller. The first order is already planted in the ground and leafed out. Order from them because you really won't be disappointed!First Review: Shipping slow, but thats okay. This is a great collection of hostas-i received 20 bumper crop bare root hostas. Variety, unsure as these are unlabeled, bare root hostas, but surely there are at least three to four different types. But having a variety isn't a huge concern for me. They are very healthy and arrived with moisture and trying to sprout in the mailing package. Of course, its winter here, so I planted them in pots in the greenhouse and they are sprouting up beautifully! They are small but I assumed that when ordering as they are bumper crops. I plan on transplanting them into the ground outside in the early spring. With enough fertilizer, mulch and water I am sure they will become nice big healthy happy hostas. WILL ORDER AGAIN, very, very pleased!

I had never purchased plants on Amazon before and I'm glad I took a chance! I ordered 20 hosta (mix) and they arrived on 2/1/22. I soaked them in water (laid them in a foil roasting pan) for 2½ days and planted on 2/4/22.The picture I posted was taken 3/6/22 and most are huge but all are growing!! (I had one casualty from a puppy's curiosity and no, he didn't eat it or get sick but enough damage that the bare root didn't grow). The value is fantastic vs buying individual plants from a store in the spring.Highly recommend!!

Planted them, watered them, talked to them, encouraged them, fed them... They didn't grow.

I planted all of these last fall and it looks like all but 4 of them are growing, so not bad. They are different as some are darker green and some have a different color around the edge. I'm in Colorado and hostas grow well here so I'm hoping these get nice and big.

Got a few more than expected, and all the root stock is healthy and growing. Packaged well. The rest is up to me and Mother Nature.

I started a moon Garden this year so I bought a good size package from you mostly excited about the blue ones but only two of them are actually growing nothing has happened with the rest of them I'm giving you a two because the two that are growing are beautiful I can't give you any more than that because nothing has happened with the rest of them

I absolutely LOVE these hostas! It was my first attempt at bare root plants & these guys make it crazy easy to grow. Within 4 days they were above the ground with large leaves starting. I highly recommend these Hoyas.

First time to plant Hostas, tried putting them in pots first and they are all popping up just fine!It’s so exciting. I am very pleased!!
